Overall had a good experience. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything, which made getting around really easy. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas really stood out, and it’s clear the staff takes pride in maintaining the property. That said, there were a couple of downsides. Takes a while to get towels. Additionally, the parking fees were quite expensive, which is something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a car. Overall, it’s a solid choice for the location and cleanliness, but the service efficiency and parking costs could definitely be improved.

Such a beautiful room . Easy Check in and out ! You can cannot any device to your tv if you want to watch Netflix / Hulu or prime . You can also text the staff and let them know if you need anything and they will get it done RIGHT away ! Also give you water bottles to refill for free to reduce the use of plastic water bottles ! Provide beach towels for you as well ! The beach views is amazing! Has a store for snacks and drinks in the hotel if you ever need anything definitely recommend booking here!

The rooms were comfortable especially the beds and usually pillows are to high but the pillows were great. The location was spot on. overall my stay was very acceptable and the texts from the front desk were nice as they ask if they can do anything to make my stay better. Thank you Twin Fin

2026年7月、7年ぶり2度目の滞在でした。内装が綺麗になっており清潔で明るくいいお部屋でした。エレベーターは6機あり、乗る前にカードキータッチ・階数入力すると、どのエレベーターに乗るか指定されます。（慣れると便利）ウォーターサーバーが1階ショップ横、3階エレベーター横に設置されています。キンキンに冷えてはいないですが冷水を頂け、部屋には繰り返し使えるアルミ製ボトルが備え付けてあります。蓋が閉まりにくいので、私は持参した100均のボトルや空いたペットボトルを使用しました。清掃は2日に1度ですがタオル類は1日分しか置いてないので、廊下で出会った清掃スタッフやフロントデスクで追加のタオルを依頼しました。フロントで依頼すると部屋まで届けてくれます。（英語に不安があるため内線ではなくフロントへ直接行きました。また、私はチップ文化に疎く、念の為届けてくれた方に1ドルをお渡ししました）部屋内・館内には電子レンジの設置はありません。ただしフロントに申し出ると電子レンジを部屋に設置してくれると口コミされている方がおられました。また簡易キッチンなどがある部屋もおそらくなく、電気ケトルも備え付けはありませんでした。（コーヒーメーカーは部屋にありましたので、もしかしたらお湯が出るかもしれませんが未確認です。私は折り畳みケトルを持参していました）物価高なのでフードコートやスーパーのテイクアウトを利用しましたが、電子レンジが使用できないとなると選択肢が少し狭まりました。お部屋のアメニティはシャンプー類とドライヤー、コーヒーメーカー、コーヒーカップくらいでした。歯ブラシやコットン、綿棒などは、提供がありませんでした。（日本のビジネスホテルのようにフロント横に設置してはいないようでした。私はもともとシャンプー類など持参するタイプなので困りませんでした）ホテルの立地はロイヤルハワイアンセンターから東へゆっくり徒歩15分くらい、少し中心地から外れますが、その代わり夜中は静かで心地よく眠れました。エアコンは部屋で温度設定ができ、とてもよく効きます。クヒオビーチの目の前なので、安全なビーチにすぐに入れます。ビーチタオルはフロント横に設置、他のビーチグッズの貸出もありました。また、ホテル下がピンクラインやHiBusなどのバス停になっており、無料であちこち移動できて、本当に便利でした。中心地のホテルも便利でもちろんいいのですが、オーシャンフロントの部屋に価格抑えて泊まることができ、満足しています。部屋でお食事したい場合はキッチン付きのホテルがいいと思いますが、お手軽なリゾートホテルとしてとてもいい経験をさせて頂きました。

The only real issues I saw where that the elevators take a little while for them to get to you, from a lot of usage i imagine, other than that it’s a very great hotel and enjoyed my stay

Paid a bit extra to get partial ocean view and it was worth it. Also got a nice view of Diamond head from our room. Location was right in front of the beach, which was nice. I also liked that the hotel was located at the end of the strip, I found it less busy. Water bottles, filling stations and the pool were a nice bonus! For the price, I would definitely stay here again!

We really loved the 2 bedroom option. Hard to tell on the booking site but it’s 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so plenty of space for large parties with connected rooms .

Staff was so great. jasmine at the front desk as well as Jacaroy (I think that’s how you spell it) was so helpful kind and respectful. Housekeepers were so sweet! Accommodations were made for us. So thankful! Recommend for sure. Pool was small lol elevators were a hassle but all in all was good. Might stay again bumbai🙃

Everything was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond by allowing us to extend our check-out for a couple of hours, and we truly appreciate their kindness and hospitality. スタッフが笑顔で親切です。海は目の前だし、レストランはホテルにいくつもあるし、ABC Storeは隣だし、ロケーションは最高です。困ることが見当たりません。海に優しい日焼け止めクリームも置いてくれるようになりました。ウォーターサーバーもあちこちにあります。
