Love the home town feel. Always a pleasure to chat with the staff they are so friendly. Pool and hot tub are favorites of ours. This is our choice when we want to get away and just relax.

Room was clean, pool and hot tub were nice, the view was pretty nice, and the staff was nice and explained everything perfectly. Only minor issue was the bathroom door didn’t lock but realistically wasn’t a huge deal. I’d recommend this place 100%

My husband and I are pretty low maintenance guests, we don’t need the room made up everyday and we only ask for extra towels if we stay more than 2 nights…so keep that in mind. The room was clean and comfortable and had great views, I was totally reminded of my childhood vacations and random motel stops along the way. My husband and I enjoyed the pool and the relative chill environment. Affordable price and close to everything on top of everything else. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Very small motel, cozy, clean room and pool was clean, had a cute park area and swingset for kids. The shower head was low (we are over 6 ft and it was maybe 5.5 ft) but the bed was comfortable.

My husband and i just loved sitting on the balconies a seeing Sedona and watching the monsoon thunderstorms in the distance. The pool was refreshing and wonderful to relax in and enjoy the view after hiking the Devil's Bridge and Fay Canyon in Sedona!

It was beautiful! Its about 2 blocks off the main road, up a hill that leads to the facility with a gorgeous view. The rooms are little but prefect for a party of 2, to get away. We will be back.

Our stay was amazing, though we unfortunately booked during a car show in town but I do not fault the hotel for that. Our showerhead did malfunction near the end of our visit but I did leave a notice for maintenance so hopefully it gets fixed for the next stay. This is my second stay and the only one where something like that happened. I am definitely coming back again though, as the hotel was very kind to us and the room and sights were amazing.

The staff was amazing and the views were incredible. We only stayed one night since we had plans in Sedona. But we all admitted that if we had to stay longer we’d definitely stay there.

I loved this place! The grounds and the view are beautiful. Loved the grassy area with the swings. It was the perfect place to have breakfast and read my book before starting the day. The motel is conveniently located to everything in Cottonwood and it was the perfect central point to stay when visiting Jerome and/or Sedona..Ill definitely be back!
