I attended the hotel for a family wedding. When I checked in, their team discovered there was a problem with the reservation, which might have cost me the room for the night, not the hotels' fault. Maxime at the front desk was exceptionally helpful during that time and was able to accommodate me despite the error. He impressedly assembled his team and coordinated a room out of the blue it was a miracle! The young woman at check out, anya, was another reflection of the hotels excellence. She handled my questions with poise and really impressed me with her professionalism. Excellent hotel! I. I. I. I also had one of the best cappuccinos of my life at the very impressive and functional cafe in the hotel.

The location is ideal--close to restaurants and the university. We had a great time at the villanova university inn. Our apartment and the lobby were both spotless and appealing. The beds were really cozy. The front desk staff member was really pleasant and accommodating as we checked in. Parking is plentiful. The natural setting is one of the inn's best features. It is close to a fountain and garden, which was wonderful even when the trees and flowers had not yet blossomed. I believe that this tranquil, natural setting was reflected throughout the entire inn, including the room.

We decided to stay at this hostel for the move in week. Very convenient location just a few minutes from the university. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was well furnished and the bed was really comfortable. Very good stay. Breakfast in the morning and a small bar for drinks in the evening. I would stay here again.

The location is ideal. The room was very good, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. If you can't make a reservation online, I advise calling. There were available rooms when they appeared to be booked online.

This hotel is a hidden gem. This hotel is peaceful, clean, and on a lovely property. The service is always good. Great snacks, free parking, 15 minutes from king of russia mall and 5 minutes from villanova campus. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.
