It was our first time near the ocean after so many years. We couldn’t believe the powerful waves at the shore are real and stayed in the balcony for longtime admiring the ocean. Waves lullabied us in deep sleep and the morning view was as amazing as the night one. We loved the access to the beach in few steps. The pirate themed bar/resto was super cute and increased the beauty of the experience. Plus, there was a live performance of country music as well. The room is pretty good with the beautiful views, fresh sea breeze, and melodious waves. We were a bit worried due to some negative reviews. However, we had an amazing time and can’t wait to return. The service was amazing too. Whenever we texted for something, we got it quickly. Thank you for making our trip memorable. Even being so far, when we close our eyes and think about our time in Old Orchard Beach, only amazing things come to mind!

we had an oceanfront room with magnificent views of the sunrise. we listened to waves crashing at night. it felt safe and quiet our bed was small but comfortable overall it was clean, the bathroom could use some deep cleaning but honestly for what we paid, it was fine. We’d definitely stay again

Love that we were on the beach and the staff were wonderful. What i didnt like was that the room was very out dated and i also asked for a front room and i got a rear room.

Très bien dormi. On voit le jour en dessous de la porte et cuisinette non fonctionnel parce qu'elle est connecté sur le 110 volt.

I agree that it needs a little freshening but with that said, the upstairs room we had contained a kitchenette with dining table and chairs. A view out both sides of the room, plus seats on the shared porch. The pool was chilly but it is the end of the summer season so that’s to be expected

The weather was beautiful and the location is right on the beach which is one of 2 reasons i selected this property. Unfortunately based my decision off the pics online. My 2nd reason for selecting the property was thd big pool displayed in the pics online. But when I walked out check out the pool...there was no water in it except for a small puddle of greenish brown water. Turns out their policy is to drain the pool after Labor Day. The overall condition is consistent with what you might expect for an oceanfront property at such a reasonable price but depending on your reservation dates you should probably contact the office with any specific questions of amenity availability. It is an easy stroll to the OOB Pier either by road or beach. All in all, there were enough pluses to out weigh the negatives.

Ce motel est très bien situé, il manque quelques places de stationnement, l'accueil est très bien, endroit insalubre due a des moisissures sur les rideaux et dans le climatiseur, meubles décrépit traces d'eau dans les tuiles du plafond. Nécessiterait de l'investissement pour mettre au goût du jour , ce motel aurait beaucoup de potentiel mais pour l'instant c'est un gros NON!

This is an older property that is beachfront and a short walk to town. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms were old and kind of worn. This was a late booking for our family so we were happy just to be able to spend time at the beach, but if other properties were available, we’d probably stay elsewhere.
