The walk up was a place that was beyond what we could've imagined. Just be aware that the name walk up means that you'll be walking up to your room lol I had no idea when we were taking our 88 year-old father that he would have to climb up three flights of stairs, but we laughed and he had a good time about it. The outside had a great common area that you could barbecue and have all sorts of fun if you were together in a group. Now for the best part, the room was absolutely phenomenal. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you can imagine from coffee maker to a blender to even a rice cooker! Everything looks brand new, and the bed was as comfortable as could be and I guess there was more of us one of us could've slept on the sofa, which was again very, very nice! The only thing that there's no way that they have any control over is that there was construction next-door. And the construction was at times very loud but then most of the time we were out on the town enjoying Waikiki! We would definitely stay here again! The location and closeness to the beach a huge deal when this property was a bargain that we found on Expedia!

Just a lot of construction that was not mentioned. Communication was a big thing. Through computer. Not good when you don’t have access.

Everything was pretty on point with the photographs. Parking is only for select units, so keep that in mind because parking isn’t easy in the area. There is a parking garage recommended however we were over height with our mini van rental. There’s the zoo a few blocks away (paid parking) as well as parking at the aquarium/Kaimana Beach area. If you’re lucky you can find street parking, however you’ll be limited on times with that, so parking will always be of note unless you have the appropriate unit.

Overall room was not what I expected. Pictures are usually not what you see physically, But this was not the case room layout is beautiful and nicely designed. Kitchen fully equipped. Love the private patio. Thank you I really enjoyed my staycation.
