The breakfast is great. The rooms are cozy, beautiful and spacious. The employees are also very helpful courteous and friendly. I love staying at The Watermark every time i'm in the area. It's my favorite place to stay.We'll always come back. We have and will recommend The Watermark to others.

My third time staying here and it’s just as fresh as since it first opened. I stayed a week in the Park Hyatt in DC before coming over to Tysons for a few days and this hotel is better in so many ways than the Park Hyatt. The staff are friendly, the rooms are fresh, spacious, new and clean and the vibe is young and energetic. I only wish the breakfast were a little less holiday innish and a little more curated with more variety but can’t really complain especially at this price point. Will be back for sure again.

The hotel was great, with a fantastic staff. I had a bit of trouble finding the lobby to check in, but that’s minor. The rooftop bar, entertainment, and food trucks were all impressive. There were live bands, and the drinks were delicious. Plus, there’s a mini-golf and corn hole game on the rooftop.

The hotel is lovely. The junior suite is spacious with a sink and fridge. The parking costs $25/night. The beds were comfortable . We enjoyed staying there are would return. There was a full breakfast and restaurant.

I loved everything about this hotel! Very elegant hotel and the rooms are so spacious beautifully decorated and clean. Rooftop access was also nice with live entertainment! The staff were very friendly and nice! The breakfast was amazing and had so many options to choose from! Shopping is only 6 minutes away and a galleria 2 minutes away! I definitely recommend and would stay there again!
