This is my 2nd time staying at The Wave Hotel in Manhattan Beach, and I love it. I came each time for business and fun. Each stay was over 4 days, and this last trip was for almost 2 weeks. I will definitely return again. The area is nice, staff nice, location is great for everything i needed to do, and it was like i was home staying there again. Rooms always clean, staff makes sure to always get you clean towels every morning, updated paint, pool area was great, and there's always a lot of guests coming in because of the location and vibe.

This is my go-to hotel whenever we stay in Manhattan Beach. The price is extremely reasonable for the area, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is also well-maintained, and they even have a sauna. I feel comfortable staying here with my kids. The complimentary breakfast offers a good variety, and the staff is always friendly. I wouldn’t necessarily consider this a downside, but the hotel doesn't provide as many toiletries as you might normally expect. You will also most likely need to request additional towels, since the rooms are usually stocked with only one or two sets. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel with lots of extras, this probably isn’t it. But if your goal is to have a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay while spending most of your day at the beach, it’s perfect. After all, the beach is the real luxury. Overall, this is a great value in a convenient location.

I arrived late check-in. There is staff 24 hours, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel is located in a safe area, within walking distance of several really good restaurants and stores, as well as the beach. There is $10 parking which is a reasonable price, most hotels are a lot more. The facility is quiet at night. There is a continental breakfast in the morning. All in all a very positive experience and I will definitely return the next time I am visiting Los Angeles.

Room was clean, close to beach, staff was friendly, nice selection for breakfast. The only thing I wasn’t pleased with was the how firm the bed was. Besides that I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a convenient location near to downtown Manhattan Beach and the shops and restaurants near the pier. It’s also not very far from the airport either. The room was clean. The parking was well lighted and easy to access. The overall stay was very good.
