Great hotel, we stayed here last minute when there was an issue with the room that we booked at the Gatlinburg Town Square. Staff was extremely friendly, the hotel was beautiful. The only thing I could say (thats not even a complaint) about is that the parking lot in front of the hotel fills up pretty quickly in the evening but they had overflow parking behind the building. Would definitely stay here again!

Our 1 night stay was excellent. I need to shout out Crystal and Sherona at the front desk. They were amazing. They literally saved me. I had booked my stay the night before on hotels.com. I was having issues with the website. I was also checking different options to get the best deal. My stay was Saturday to Sunday and somehow with all my back and forth I accidentally made it Friday to Saturday. When Crystal told me this I about died. How did I miss this when i was booking? I told her I would book another night on my phone and I would be back in a few minutes. She explained the issue to Sherona who went to speak with someone. She came back and told Crystal to go ahead and switch everything to that night. I was so grateful for their help and excellent customer service. They didn't need to do that. They could have very easily said too bad. It's your fault, but they didn't and for that I am very grateful to them. We all make mistakes but this would have been a costly one for me. Thanks ladies. I will definitely be staying at The Wayback Hotel any time I stay in Pigeon Forge. The convenience of being directly across from The Island is a big plus too.

First time at this motel and it was perfect. The check-in process was easy and simple. Sherona at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful from day one. The room was clean and comfortable. Couldn't have ask for more.

Room was very clean. Great location, short walk to Island, crime museum and comedy barn. Pool was awesome. The only complaint would be parking was a little troublesome. Didn't always have parking close to our room but, was able to adjust without too much difficulty. Over-all experience was good and I would book here again.

Room was clean and on the strip in pigeon forge. Across the street from the islands, which is a fun locale for the evening. Very convenient and accessible to everything we wanted to do.

We just stayed at the Wayback this past weekend. It was my daughter’s wedding and we had over 20 rooms. I can’t say enough about this hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool was beautiful. The food was wonderful. We had a rehearsal party for over 60 people and the food and drinks were out of this world!!!!! Looooooved this hotel
