The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The hotel is brand new and you can tell they put a lot of thought into the details. Walkable to downtown, but less noisy.

We had an amazing stay at the Thompson hotel.The staff was caring, so helpful and very dog friendly! Our little Frida hurt her paw and they were terrific trying to find us a vet. The drivers were wonderful transporting us to shopping and dinner. We will not hesitate to stay at this hotel on our way to and from our home in Delray Beach.

Love that this property is pet friendly! There was plenty of space to walk and do what we needed to do. It's also just a beautiful properties with a lot of wonderful amenities. Would probably be ideal for a staycation I'm Savannah, as you wouldn't need to leave the hotel if you didn't want to! Absolutely will stay on my next trip to Savannah.

Another fabulous stay at the Thompson and enjoyable trip to Savannah. The staff at the Thompson is exceptional, attentive to your needs and request. Amada from the Concierge service is so knowledgeable of the area. We have dining at some of the top restaurants in Savannah per her recommendations. The hotel car is a wonderful service. The drivers Allan, Charlie and Frank go out of their way to make sure you arrive at your Savannah destination in a timely and safe manner. The breakfast is good and the staff again is top notch. Looking forward to our return to the Thompson next time we are in Savannah
