The structure was obviously a road side motel from a different era, but really updated. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, very good breakfast and helpful staff.

This remodeled hotel has been redone really well. The bed was comfortable. The flowers in the flower beds are beautiful. The staff is attentive and pleasant. Breakfasts include real eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, potatoes and fresh fruit. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day. We would definitely stay again. They deserve more than the two star rating they have.

The breakfast was very good with high-quality options and a welcoming space to eat. The location was a little noisy because of being in the heart of the downtown area, but there was walking access to shops and restaurants because of this. Request an upstairs room to avoid hearing heavy footsteps above you when you are trying to sleep. A really lovely, retro inspired historic motel.

Pleasantly surprised! I love that the owners maintained the mid century modern vibes. The breakfast knocked it out of the ballpark - a variety of local breads, including amazing gluten free breads, make your own waffle station, as well as the usual options. I might come back just for the beignets. Rooms were very spacious and beds comfortable. My room looked to have a remodeled vanity area, the shower/toilet area looked dated but was perfectly functional. The one thing that I would have changed is the old style ac/heat unit that worked very well, but was just a bit noisy. Also: great location! Easy to walk or drive anywhere and parking is right in front of your door. The staff was amazing! I would be happy to stay here again!

We stayed here as our first hotel night with a baby! Super clean and cozy, exactly what we needed to rest from the road, plus we love Eugene! I was pretty impressed, loved all the wood detail and the shower was super clean. Breakfast was also great! Appreciated the napoleon dynamite photo in the lobby!

Updated and clean room. Great breakfast and staff. I was well pleased with my stay. Walking distance to colleges. Eugene does have a homeless problem which is evident at night but hotel parking is well lit.

Booked at the last minute on a long drive between CA and WA. Very well maintained and nicely updated “vintage” style motor-inn. Very clean, beautiful hanging flower baskets, comfy and welcoming mid-century modern style office/lounge area. The beer and wine station upon arrival was very welcome. Delicious breakfast. It’s clear a lot of pride and care goes into this family-run inn. Oh and the shower (rain shower and regular at the same time) was great as well. Ditch the mediocre corporate-run hotel room and choose this one with some charm and character run by nice people for the same (or lower) price.
