The staff here were so nice and accommodating. We were coming from out of town and wanted to explore the city after check out. They let us keep our bags at the hotel while we explored. The rooms were clean and properly maintained as well.

Wow. What a great hotel for a 2½*. A real bargain. Very clean. Beds made every day and towels changed daily too. Rooms completely cleaned. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Juliet at the front desk who saved our day when we were trying to access baseball tickets from a UK phone. Got the tickets and saw the game. Thank you Juliet. But that wasn't the only occasion she helped us. Also very knowledgeable of the local with tips and advice. Great breakfasts in the attached diner. Great friendly staff, in an authentic American diner. An all round great place to stay a in convenient location. 10 minute walk to Powell Bart Station, so you can catch the Bart direct from SFO for less than $10. Highly recommended.

The staff are great and very frendly people, very helpful. Breakfast at the David restaurant was also top notch. Parking I belive is better not to rent a car since private parking lots are very expensive in SF.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Every staff member I talked to was so kind, friendly, and helpful if I needed help. There was an asian woman that works in the morning and I just wanted to give her a huge shoutout-- honestly some of the best customer service I've ever received in my travels! Room was clean and I felt safe. I love how the door to the entrance locks. Everything was great about this stay!

Excelente estadia. Funcionários prestativos, banho ok, cama ok. Tem um restaurante colado no hotel, com café da manhã, o que foi super cômodo.

I was almost skeptical seeing mixed reviews of this hotel. But, nonetheless It exceeded my expectations! The staff front desk woman was really nice 😊 I appreciate her hospitality and kindness. She let me check in early There was no noise level , the AC was great and room was hot (It was cold during my stay so it was fine) 👍 very comfortable bed Would Definitely recommend !

The people were very friendly and took great care of us. The room was a bit warm but we opened the window. It felt like a European hotel; lots of charm, not standard, not fancy.
