Clean room, very modest Inn. You will get a mini fridge, microwave. Safe location if it's a single or double space.

if you booked here you probably couldnt find anything closer to big sur. It is cheap and 2 hours away. The bed is hard af. But i will give credit that it is clean and has parking and the staff helped check us in pretty fast. the price ehh makes sense i guess. Anyways i reccommend that if you take this place on your way to big sur you take the route that is shaped like a 'u' because the drive is beautiful but wavy. On the ride home take the rainbow shape back and stop by carmel because its beautiful and they have good gelato by the sea and lastly because its more of a straight road so the drive back is easier. all in all this is a good place if its last minute and cheap.

There is a reason this is a cheap place. You don't get much. The room I was in had poor water pressure. The shampoo was out. They provided a bar of soap and the body wash dispenser had a little in it. The pillows were thin, but the bed was comfortable. The TV had plenty of channels and the wifi worked ok. I had to ask for the wifi password, though. They did not provide that without asking. Check-in was like any other place. They had actual room keys like it was 20 years ago. In fact, everything about this motel was like Bush had just invaded Iraq for no valid reason. The town is small and seemed sketchy, but nothing happened to me. The key dropped out of my pocket when I was at a restaurant, and someone returned it. The best part of this place is that two doors down is a bakery and restaurant with delicious Mexican food for a decent price. The bakery goods looked amazing, although I only had one churro at breakfast. This is where to get your morning coffee.

If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and nothing luxurious this is a perfect spot. If I can read it one out of 10 I would place it at a 4.5 because it’s just basic. Everything that you get is basic. It’s pretty much just a place to sleep and shower. The pictures look so much better than in person. The staff though however it was very friendly.

It is okay for the price, guests are loud. Not a place if you are vacationing

Clerk was very friendly, room was clean. But shower soap/shampoo dispensers were empty or didn’t work. Water from shower leaked past shower door onto the floor. Heater worked great but could have used an extra blanket on bed. Bed was comfortable.

This is a one man show motel. The owner sleeps on the property and handles the cleaning of the property. The first room I was given toilet floors walls and refrigerator were dirty. The second room was better but smelled like a garbage dumpster. I had to turn on the air and open the door to be able to calm the smell down after being told it’s probably bcuz I needed to flush again, although I didn’t use the restroom. Then he said it was the window and just left. I had to go buy cleaning supplies to feel comfortable in the room. I wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t mind feeling like you’re surrounded by germs. Neither room smelled cleaned and the fact that the owner is trying to save money and do it himself tells me he cuts corners and cleanliness should never be cut around.
