The hotel has no lobby open to the public. All transactions are done through a small window. No ice machine and the soda machine is nonfunctional. It was unplugged to accommodate an electric vehicle for charging. Electric switch in bathroom was hanging partially out of the wall and the hot and cold in the shower are backwards connected. Housekeeper spoke no English so when she knocked on the door to clean the room she’d just leave! Had to call the office for clean towels after three days of no room service. Charges for weekend rate seemed outlandish for what you get. Many room repairs were obvious and substandard.

Check in seemed to be more difficult than it should have been. Two people staying and only towels for one and they tried to double charge me. But made it right when I caught it
