The property has been kept up. Have to call a number, tell them you are there, wait for them to come unlock lobby to check in. If you ask for a late check out, they only allow til noon.

Management is amazing. Clean comfortable bed, clean hot shower, and convenient location in dowtown frankfort. Will definitely be staying here again the next time i am in town for work. Highly recommend for anyone who cant afford the overpriced hotels of Lafayette and needs a comfortable place to stay

The hotel was clean and the service was great, but my room was supposed to be a king with a couch but i got 2 regular beds. It was on though i was only there a few hours

Rom smelled faintly of smoke, but otherwise this was a decent value. Nothing fancy, but the price reflected this and everything worked and was in decent shape.

It was ok for an over nite stay or if you were a worker it would be great. No elevator so had to haul everything up a flight of stairs (after knee surgery) and we did request a main level room. He was nice about it, but.... Was clean, bed was good and we did have a suite, but you have to bring your own kitchen stuff and there were no burners on the stove!! It was nice and clean.

We literally slept there only. Hole in the shower wall. Bug traps visible. The building is really in bad shape. Everything needs updating. Fridge and microwave but no coffee maker. Bed was very comfortable that’s why 3 stars. It was very quiet no complaints there. We were visiting family so just slept there. It’s a great location. If they would invest in their business they could have something special in that little town.

Easy parking but no elevator to second floor. The top step is longer than standard so was difficult for me, a 72-year-old woman.
