all was good . breakfast was good missing a few things. Maybe some more options on meat overall it was good > Tremont was very good to the furry animals. I would suggest that staying here and easy access to pigeon forge. Quiet peaceful, relaxing place.

We stayed at King suite and the room was renovated. Great staff very helpful, great amenities, nice landscaping, indoor and outdoor pool were clean and had plenty of sun chairs. Great stay!

I absolutely loved this place. It was recently purchased by new owners in the last couple of years I believe. And the improvements have been wonderful. The only thing I didn’t find that could be more up to par, the pool bar is lovely but not stocked as well as it could be with proper ice makers and blenders and it needs fans for the hot days and music. I kept waiting for it to open on the Dunday that I spent the whole day there , but it never did. The out door pavilion with the fire pit wasn’t very clean with stained furniture and could have used a good sweeping and the all the spider webs really need to be knocked down. It’s a wonderful place and I’m pleased to see it improved. I just hope it remains consistent. The room was very clean and I enjoyed the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the access to the gas grill and pavillion. We were able to spend valuable family together. We gathered supplies at the local IGA grocery and prepared supper while the kiddo swam in the pool. The lodge is very close to Cades Cove and we were glad to spend time there as well.

Great location to SMNP. Breakfast was ok. Room was very nice. Pool was beautiful. Only cons WIFI signal not very good. TV streaming kept buffering.

Was a nice stay. Didn't particularly like the $100 deposit for amenities, but as long I get my money back I will be happy to stay there again. Big bonus having a great mex restaurant and great bar next door, plus rv hook ups on the back side.

My family enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, we enjoyed walking the property and the trail that was right in front. We enjoyed bbqing and the area there. The boys loved watching all the squirrels and birds. The outdoor pool was cold this time of year but we used the indoor one. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and well maintained and check in was a breeze! Had a frustrating time trying to use the TV's (Roku kept forgetting the wifi) but the amenities more than made up for it! Plenty of areas to gather, cook and have a picnic, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, good breakfast and a beautiful location! Highly recommended!

The room I stayed in was redone very recently had a modern look to it, the bed was very comfortable and all the amenities were new. The only thing that hadn’t been replaced was the shower and it was still in very good condition. The grounds and additional areas, fitness center and pool were in great shape. It was the only hotel with indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center in the area. Very close to nice restaurants, bar and the park.

This property has obviously been refurbished recently! The peaceful nature themed interior decor was beautiful and the wood furniture offered plenty of storage. Thoughtful details like additional shelving in closet area and the Keurig coffee maker were nice. There are plenty of amenities such as multiple pools, a playground, and outdoor movie screen that would be great for entertaining kids. The staff helped us with late check in procedures. When we needed hand soap, the cleaning staff delivered it and also refreshed our room even though we weren’t scheduled for a cleaning that day. The room was meticulously clean and I’m very particular about cleaning. Be aware the bathroom is rather small, but nicely redecorated. The breakfast was continental, but also offered microwave grits and oatmeal, as well as boiled eggs. It met our basic needs, but The Pancake House is just across the street for a more extensive meal. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Cade’s Cove!
