This a very nice and affordable place to stay. The only issue was the air was so cold and the TV remotes do not work Would be nice to have night stands between bed andd lights in bedrooms way too bright

This is a full fledged apartment with full kitchen, which for me puts it well above any other properties in this price range. Apartment is clean and contemporary. You have your own designated parking spot. Easy access to downtown Miami on US 27.

The only issue I had was that it should be communicated that office closes and should reach out to client when they don’t check n at office the information for after hours check in. But they absolutely amazing in customer service and support. Will definitely be stay here more often when I work in Miami

The place is super clean and comfortable, with everything you need for one night or even a week. It is central too . I recommend this place and I’ll come back.

Clean room. Cold but clean. It took a day for my 82 dad to find the ac controller and even though he was cold. But he had a good experience. Thank you!

Yes parking was perfect, but the kitchen did not have everything to be able to cook. only one pot and no pan, no knife etc

My stay was comfortable and the male host was very helpful and pleasant. I stayed from the 4th July through the 6th. It's an okay place for a short term visit.

Suite was well maintained and comfortable for 3 people. Plenty closet space. Had full kitchen and utensils and dining table with chairs. Good location and each room had an assigned parking spot. Only issue was that front desk is only open 9:30-6 and the room door gave a bit of trouble. Would recommend property fixes locks and supplies in room safes for clients valuables.

Big rooms, parking underneat, working stove and fridge, pretty good for the price if you have a car and just want a place to lay at night. But easy check in through lock box. The admin never answered me back, there was chewgum on the floor, very limites plates and ustensils, shower water not hot. Many shops nearby

Nunca me dieron la clave del wifi a pesar de pedirla, además la chapa de la puerta no servía por lo que la puerta estuvo abierta todo el tiempo

The hotel was ok and room was clean. The walls are very thin so you could hear the room next to yours easily when people talking loud or snoring. Would make sense for the rental manager to keep an empty room between two rental rooms. Seems they like to keep rooms sequentially rented, which is not good due to the paper think walls. Also, you need to be careful with the concrete columns between parking spaces. There was a lot of construction outside, which wasn't a problem, but had to be careful with the pot holes and poor roads around the entrance to the hotel. I wouldn't stay again because of the thin walls and the fact they don't separate the rentals to fix the problem.
