One of the cleanest hotels that I have ever stayed at. The breakfast had just about everything and it was well stocked. The hotel is in a very good location. Plenty of unique restaurants in the area.

One night stay. Arrived early, no rooms available told to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes watched 2 people check in with none available yet for us. 20 minutes later gal at the desk got us a room. Everything new bright clean. No Issues. Great breakfast. Waited 10 minutes at desk to check out. No one present finally 3 or 4 of the people waiting just left the keys and walked out. 8:30AM the front desk of a sold out hotel and no one present.

Very nice hotel in Ankeny. The staff was wonderful. Rooms clean and the building very clean all over. Lots of activity around, such as restaurants, bands, stores, etc.

There was no hot tub and the pool was freezing. There were crumbs and a pubic hair on the bed under the blankets of one of the beds. Breakfast was good with a variety of options and staff was very friendly.

Room was spotless quiet and comfortable. Only thing not a ten out of ten were the pillows. Collapsed easily and were hard. Breakfast was very good. Will stay again soon
