This area of hotels were very nice. Only issue I have is there are no amenities or restaurants in close proximity to enjoy

I have stayed at several Tru hotels now and have had amazing experiences - Lake Pointe was no different! The staff did a great job explaining what was where since they are combined with a 2nd hotel. Parking was a breeze by scanning a QR code and entering in plate info. I would say the only downside was parking was kind of crazy BUT there were still plenty of spots available around the back with multiple entry doors on the side and back of building. Please note - this did NOT take away from a great experience - the hotel was beautiful, great location, cost friendly, they had a fun facts board near the elevator for visitors, and the staff was personable and helpful. The rooms are great - spacious and clean. I love the layouts and how modern the rooms are. Thank you for a great stay! Will be back in August!

Nice and clean. Great location. I stayed just one night and didn’t eat breakfast there. There is a Panera about 5 minutes away. Super convenient to the airport.

If you are flying and have a flight before breakfast, you can ask for a to go breakfast bag with bagel and orange and water, which was really nice. Coffee is available 24/7. It was also a very clean hotel.

Excellent Airport Stay with Just One Minor Miss ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5 Stars) — Very Good The Highlights: Perfect Location: An absolute ideal spot for airport hoppers, international travelers, or anyone dealing with flight delays and cancellations at CLT. Fantastic Service: The "serve-with-a-smile" staff truly made a difference. Outstanding hospitality! Comfort & Cleanliness: Well-kept, clean rooms and an excellent, diverse breakfast spread to start the day. Room for Improvement: The only miss: Having a mini-fridge and a working microwave in the room would have made this a flawless 5-star experience. I hate food waste, and it was a shame to throw away perfectly good leftovers because I had no way to store or reheat them. The Verdict: If you need a reliable, comfortable, and welcoming place to rest your head before starting your Charlotte itinerary, this is a fantastic choice. I would definitely stay here again!

Spent the night here on a long layover. Very clean room. Beds were more comfortable than I expected for a large chain hotel! The shuttle both to and from the airport was great. Definitely would stay here again!
