The room was very clean. Parking lot adjacent to hotel and felt safe parking there. Check in staff was friendly enough. Breakfast is offered but did not partake. Checkout was easy. Would definitely stay here again. Close to activities. Lyft very reasonable and drivers were all friendly.

This hotel was located in a great location for a quick ride share to the downtown area. The parking lot was large and fenced with good lighting and plenty of security cameras. I felt safe leaving my vehicle there overnight. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff very much. The only two complaints I have were that the breakfast buffet was a not fully setup (the pancake machine was not working or the toaster) and the room had two burned out lights and a non-functional fan in the bathroom. These did not detract from my stay at all as I don't typically eat a big breakfast and there was enough light in the bathroom to see. We did mention the lights and fan to the front desk at checkout and they were very nice about it and it seemed like they were going to take care of it right away. It seemed like the hotel was well run by a good staff and I would stay there again without hesitation.

I was actually nervous about the condition of the hotel being in downtown Cleveland. I think it was very clean, staff was helpful and polite and the location worked out great for us.

Breakfast was basic but except able. Plenty of safe off road parking The room was different then a standard hotel room no closet but plenty of hanging points. It was a pleasant change

Definitely will be staying again. Loved the set up. Easy to get to. My Puppy loved it. Super quite. Free parking, very safe. Loved the outside smoking area. Modern look hotel, very clean, breakfast was good. Service was as well. Only issue was that my card had to be replaced, due to it not working after the 1st time. But it was resolved very quickly.
