The rooms are clean and I love that there are no carpets. The breakfast buffet was fairly plentiful, but having more fresh fruit options would be a plus. The staff was quite welcoming and nice it would be great if there were water bottles in the room at check in.

I enjoyed the non-carpeted rooms and it felt very clean overall which put me at ease. The staff was also very friendly and courteous. I loved the coffee in the lobby that was always available and tasted good. The breakfast also had good options for our family. I've stayed here last time I was in the same area and had a wonderful experience so its why I chose this hotel again and had my family members book their room here too per my recommendation. I will continue to choose this hotel for when I stay in the grand rapids area in the future

Very clean Hotel the rooms were clean the pool was very nice and the property was great with outside seating and fireplace. Front desk was very helpful particularly the young man working when we checked in on Friday and was there until about 1030 he was on top of everything. 6/12/26-6/14-26
