We stayed in a handicap room and it was very well equipped for my husband's needs. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Both the desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

Super cute, clean hotel. Staff was exceptional. Plenty of parking, breakfast was great and the rooms are well stocked. This was part of a road trip and it made my husband and I want to seek out another Tru for the next night!!

Gorgeous view from the top floor of the Willamette River and Pre's Trail. Staff is pleasant and happy to great you. Parking is plentiful and access is excellent. Convenient to points in Eugene and Springfield. I will stay here on my next visit.

The rooms were very clean, plenty of parking and friendly, helpful staff. The hot breakfast hit the spot the four days we were there. The hotel had two tvs, a pool table and lot of games for the family. They came in handy on a rainy Eugene Oregon evening.

Staff was amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Spotless rooms and lobby. Breakfast was nice lots of options. Fitness center is almost as good as a real gym. Only complaint is no microwaves in rooms. Have to go use the community one in the lobby which is odd, also no room coffee but it is available in the lobby 24/7.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Modern and clean. Tones of great amenities. Digital key, electric window shades, pool table in the lobby...and the swing chairs...I was obsessed! Staff was amazing, especially the kind woman who prepped the food. She was kind and approachable. Shared in conversations with her about the hotel, the awesome swing chairs, her time working there and more. She was so kind to my daughter (we were there for her swim meet that weekend) and she gave her candy and congratulations on her swims. TV in room had a cool feature that automatically logs you out of your accounts if you log into any of the apps. Love that! Located only an 8-minute drive from the Willamalane Swim Center making this an awesome choice! Breakfast was satisfying and included eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, bagels and cream cheese, cereal and lots of other items. It was free and fulfilling. Highly recommended!
