Room were very clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Laundry area was clean. Will stay again. Breakfast was not good first morning but because I did not like the eggs how they were made and it was busy so everything was limited. Day two morning was great.

Me and my family had a very good stay at this property. The location is excellent very close to the airport, perfectly suited for my early morning return flight. The amenities were good and their complimentary breakfast was also excellent. The only area that could comment about improvement is the customer service. While staff claimed that hotel states online that housekeeping is provided every other day, I felt the staff could have handled the situation more courteously and politely instead of pushing off the guests to have read every detail during the booking process. Secondly I did not receive a welcome bag despite being a Hilton Honors member, while other guests with the same membership tier appeared to receive one. It was not something I was expecting or needed, but it is the kind of thoughtful gesture that makes guests feel valued, isn’t it ? Overall, I would still recommend this property for its location, amenities, and breakfast.
