When we receive assistance from Duke, we always stay here. We enjoy the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. I always look for solid surfaces. We value the shuttle service. The disadvantage is that there is only one chair in the room and no table for eating. After a day of treatment and with couid concerns, I bring microwave meals to eat in the room. One person must sit on the bed or ottoman while the other gets the chair while holding a plate in one hand while eating. It would be nice to have a small table and a second chair.

We stayed here for two days and had a good time. My daughter had a surgical procedure at Duke, just across the street. The room was excellent, modern, and roomy. The bed was very comfy. Better than in my house. I meant to inquire what brand it was. The entire staff was very pleasant and accommodating! The shuttle was helpful and the driver was very friendly. The shuttle service was friendly and the day of check out when it was the weekend and it was raining, the nice guy at the front desk offered to drive me back to the hospital because the shuttle service doesn't run on weekends. He was very kind and courteous. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Very happy with my stay!.

I highly recommend this hotel. I have used this hotel several times while visiting Duke Medical Center. It's across the street from Duke Medical Center and offers a shuttle service which is very useful. A very quiet hotel, newly refurbished and clean. The only drawback is that there is no restaurant or cafeteria and parking is limited. They do offer a medical discount for Duke University Center patients and family members.

The place was clean and quiet and affordable. I recommend it if you need a no-frills trip. Parking was a bit limited but the employee was very helpful in directing me there.

Very supportive and helpful staff. Carlos and Lakota were extremely helpful when I needed to extend my stay a few times to ensure I didn't need to change rooms. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is ideal, so I never used the shuttle, even in the rain. I used the onsite laundry machines and they worked quick and very well. My husband was patient at Duke, and I'm grateful that the hotel piece went so smoothly. I heartily endorse this! Thank you very much, University Inn front desk staff! You are the greatest!.
