Everything was clean only thing was it had termite in the room. Other than that, the room is very clean and the staff is very nice.

The staff do their best with the resources they are given. However, the manager who is there when the property manager is gone was very rude to me during my stay. When i ask her for something she looks at me and walks away. I have to talk to brianna to get what i need. One time i stayed in a room because i had issue with payment, even though the property manager the property manager already told me it was okay, This manager gave me a hard time about me being on the property. Even though I was told verbally told her i was good to stay in the room. The assistant manager abuses her authority and confronts me. I never done anything to this assistant manager to be treated like this. This manager talk to me like this. She listen to the other guests and jokes with them. This manager is always tired and burn out, which i get it. But she needs to treat all guests the same. Especially when the property manager isn't present on the weekends. But for the price of the rooms, i try to be patient and never demanding to the staff.
