The hotel needs a bit of TLC but this is ballanced by the nice guy who runs the place. There was everything we needed. Also the veiw from our room was fantastic. He was very helpful and friendly. Although not mentioned... there was a breakfast of bagels, cream cheese and coffee. There was parking and there were always spaces available.

The receptionist is wonderful. Expect a less corporate feel, yet cozy. Pot of coffee ready whenever you may need it, especially at breakfast time. 7:30-9:30 a.m.

I was able to park directly in front of my unit. I appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave. The wall HVAC unit was easy to control.

Due to road conditions, we didn’t get up there until 2:00 in the morning. We called and the manager met my son at the door to the lobby with the room key. He just let us in, and said we could check in properly the next day.

The front desk staff was so kind and gave us two extra blankets and an easy time on check in and checkout. Inn itself is in a great location. The sheets were clean and the room worked for what we needed it to. Parking was directly in front of the rooms.

Host was very nice. Probably the best budget friendly place in Mammoth. Place was clean and had all we needed. Parking is easy.

When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year.Pets are permitted with advance approval and additional charges.
