If you are looking for a decent clean room, a fairly comfy bed and hot shower for a low price, stay here. It was about half of what the other motel in town wanted and was just fine. The breakfast was pretty good, though the juice machine wasn’t working. It was in a good location. A long walk or short drive to Subway.

Every thing was great but shower towels seemed very old and thin and small!

Outside was needing some attention especially around the side doors. Trash was overflowing but room was ok, it was clean and the air conditioning worked

If you like a great price, this is the place to stay. The building generally needs fixing up and modernizing, but it was acceptable to me because I just wanted an affordable place to sleep overnight. The desk guy was nice and very accommodating. Breakfast was decent and most of it was unofficially available even though we had to check out at 5:15 am.

Room was ok and staff. Room needed a new Heat/AC unit due to the unit not working but I was ok with room temp. Staff was ok. I will stay again.

Room was clean. Lobby had a strong smell of curry. Breakfast was limited to package oatmeal. Coffee was empty, juice in the machine tasted strongly expired. Did not want to attempt the last fraction of a gallon of milk for cereal. No waffle batter for the waffle maker. Did not see any staff around aside from checking in the previous night. Interesting business model.

Nothing fancy, was what I needed. A place to sleep and shower. However, the bathroom had a very strong musky moldy smell from the ceiling tiles molding. Was very quiet. Bed was clean. Shower had good water pressure ; However the breakfast was slim. Was glad there was waffles. Staff was very friendly. Price was a bit high for quality.

There were words written on one bedspread with black marker. Hair dryer didn’t work. Black mold scattered across bathroom ceiling. Shower curtain rod holes in wall. Something splattered on bathroom wall. Carpet dirty in corners. Smoke detector missing from room.

I will never stay at the western inn and suites in Osage, Iowa again. The people that was running the hotel weren't friendly at all. Could hardly understand what the man was saying because he sounded like he had a mouthful of rocks, and spoke English fast and was unfriendly to talk to. The woman was more understanding of the English language. The carpets in the room were nasty, hardly vacuumed and the carpets outside in the hallway had holes in it. The push bars on the back door handles had clear tape on it, stuck almost all the time. The front doors were hard to open. The breakfast sucked big time, waffle maker was nasty kept, the waffle mixture was nasty. The people that ran the hotel were not very helpful in getting the breakfast. The breakfast tasted nasty. The cereal was never freshen or changed, orange juice tasted nasty, coffee was weak. The rooms were not very comfortable and the mattress needed to be changed out. The sheets had holes in them and the room service had to be told change the sheets or the sheets never got changed. I would fire the Camel Jockeys that are there and hire English speaking people. They charged me for a extra day that I wasn't supposed to be charged for. I had a stay from Monday the 8th until the Monday the 15th, so they charged me for an extra day on the 15th. We checked out on the 15th and no one was at the front desk to get the keys. Had to call them from the front desk to check out

Staff spoke zero English, checked in by man calling another man on the phone. My key never worked. When asked when's breakfast, the lady had no idea what I was asking. Light on phone blinkingand no point in asking for help

The air conditioner was not great, continental breakfast was terrible, juice was fermented, no coffee, waffle mix was sour. The chair in the room was broken. The hotel was way too hot. Beds were comfortable, and room was big. Otherwise, nothing good about this place
