We had a wonderful encounter with a grande dame of the Camden hospitality scene. While clearly not at her celebrity-driven peak, the hotel was still charming and comfortable, with ownership and staff clearly working hard to bring her back to glory days. Highly recommended.

Our only issue was the shower needs slip strips in the shower. The staff was wonderful, the facility was lovely, very comfortable, such charm, and very accommodating.

Whitehall was absolutely amazing. It was truly a dream from beginning to end. From our first moment there we were filled with an immense sense of calm and peace. The entire place was filled with the most amazing scent, truly filling the establishment with a feeling of complete tranquility. We had been traveling for some time and it was not a great experience prior to arriving at Whitehall. It felt like all of that was washed away. I needed the amazing robes and hot shower more than anything at that moment. The ice cold water and coffee bar were truly a gift to us, it filled my soul to sit on the front porch and rock in the Adirondacks. The bedding was lush and clean and so comfortable. Thank you so much for this amazing gift, we will be back!

Magical stay at a historic property. LOVED reading books on the verandah, evening wine by the fire pit, meeting people from all over the world, and the excellent breakfast. The staff was kind and very welcoming. Wish we'd stayed longer!

This inn blew me away. I love an old New England inn. I also love a luxurious, hip boutique hotel. This place manages to combine to two seamlessly. My room was small but so cozy and comfortable I didn’t mind. Location is fabulous - a short walk to town. And the breakfast, wow. No boring continental situation here. The buffet hit all the right notes. The whole place did in fact.

I had never been to Camden and what a treat I was missing out on! The Whitehall Inn is beautiful, cozy and clean! The staff was wonderful and helpful. I loved the cozy room with great air - the bed was great - I slept so well. I loved the firepit - what a wonderful place and reasonably priced!

Staff made up of family was very friendly and took the time to answer questions about local restaurants and to find me a spare blanket. Rooms are like what you find in a bed and breakfast. Big front porch with rocking chairs for guests. Nice breakfast layout. Outdoor fire pit. Very nice.
