Hotel room was nice! Big rooms!! Only thing that sucked was the slides weren’t running at the pool.

Clean, quiet room. Very convenient for Carlsbad Caverns or Guadalupe Mountain National Park.

The room and bathroom were clean and the AC worked well. The front desk was very helpful and kind. The pool was nice and cold, but a little dirty. We still enjoyed swimming and were happy to have the amenity to burn energy. Best part - it's 15 min from Carlsbad Caverns. We were able to leave the park, come to the hotel to rest, and go back at sunset for bat viewing. Would stay here again if in the area.

Perfect place for a one night stay while visiting the national park. Room was big and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants about 20 minutes away in Carlsbad.

This is a wonderful place to stay, especially with its great pool area that’s perfect for young children, and it’s super close to the park entrance!

Friendly kind desk clerk. Cold, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Best of all was the pool and slide!

The building is old but very clean and the room I stayed in was huge, front desk was very helpful and I enjoyed the cafe next door and the gift shop across the street.

Super close to the Cavern with a fun water park our little ones enjoyed. Rooms were nice but “breakfast” was a bit lacking.

We decided to stay here due to its close proximity to the caverns. The room was clean and the shower was relaxing! The beds and pillows got me to sleep fast! Take advantage of the pool to further relax! We unfortunately came when the restaurant was closed. Had to travel in to town for dinner. Distance is not far and they have many places to pick from. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were super helpful, friendly & welcoming. The have recommendations on nearby food. Back home it normally takes me 20 min for good eats and this was no different; it wasn’t a bother or a hassle. Beds were super comfortable! Pool was perfect. 10/10

Close to Carlsbad Caverns, large rooms, comfortable beds, everything clean, helpful staff. Not everything was perfect. The water slides weren't open while we were there, and some elements of the rooms were dated or needed minor repairs. Breakfast was coffee, juice, cereal, and fruit, which was good enough (some of the cereals were gluten free). Unfortunately the only cafe nearby was closed on Sundays. Considering the low price, this place was a great deal. Our family was even able to get adjoining rooms with a door that opened between them. Would stay here again for the caverns.
