The property would be perfect in its size and location it just needs a couple of weeks of constant touch ups. The staff were great. Onsite parking fantastic. You could walk to the boardwalk. The room was spacious and had loads of extra sleeping spaces. It just needs some TLC and then it would be perfect!

The price is spectacular and well worth the stay for me. My son and I have stayed here often on our beach trips and it's always been a great place for us. Its Oceanfront service is great close proximity to amusements and attractions. The staff has always been great to us

Had a great view of the ocean on 3rd floor would have been better if they had a elevator! Hard walking up 3 flights of stairs after walking or swimming!

The room was perfectly adequate but the best part is the oceanfront balcony! Staff very nice and helpful, hot tub was hot, the beds were great. Didn't really need the kitchenette but its a plus; everything worked though the oven looks dated. Who cares! Great value this time of year.

The staff was amazing!!! The hotel was in a great spot on the beach easy walk to the beach or use one of the pools. Its not the hotels fault but the smell of weed was overwhelming to the point my husband had to run to the car at 2am because I couldn’t sleep with the smell he grabbed some unopened air fresheners and we put it on the vent and next to the bed it really helped!! I mean I understand this is some people’s lifestyle but not everyone it really bothers me. Most of the room was remodeled but the kitchen was a lil old looking compared to the rest of the room but didn’t effect our stay it was nice having a full refrigerator to put our things in. We will definitely be back so affordable for a night or two away! We only live an hour and a half away but it was a nice lil mini vacation. Thank you for such amazing customer service.

We were on the 3rd floor of a 3 floor walk up ocean front. View from room was beautiful. Great location. We didn't use either of the pools while we were here but they looked very clean and maintained. It's an older property but which doesn't bother us. They do have a newer larger hotel on the property. We would come back again.

Perfect view of the ocean and beach, balcony was a beautiful place to watch the sunrise. The hot tub was superb!! The beach was a little chilly, so it was nice to come in and unwind at the hot tub. The hotel staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to meet our needs. This is a family run hotel, an older classic right by the pier and in a quieter section of the boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

The people at the front desk were very friendly. The room was awesome. We were on the 9th floor with a view of the ocean. The room was comfortable. The hotel is in an area where you can walk to lots of stores and restaurants.

Loved our stay, only issue was no wifi in room 111 for the whole stay..View was fantastic, Property is right on the beach, plenty to do and eat with in walking distance.. Will definitely come back for another stay....
