My stay at the Windor Hotel was generally satisfactory. Even though there is a bathroom shared, the price and location make up for it. My friend and I were able to book this place last minute before the new year for a reasonable price and were able to get to our destination quickly from the hotel. The rooms were simple and clean, check-in was quick and simple. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget looking for a short stay in San Francisco.

Although a difficult area to see, there is a large number of homeless people, drug abuse, and other issues. The hotel is also strategically located and quite modern, and the rooms are tidy. The front desk staff was very friendly and helped me leave a key on the door for my friend who was yet to arrive.

We come here twice and want to stay here. This one is our second stay in San Franciscan city. This hotel has a lovely old lift but the cleanliness in this one is very good. However, the shower temperature here is either hot or cold. But the service here is very good. Especially because the employee's service was great.

It's not really a neighbourhood. The setting is very good. Very close to public transportation. For the price, it is excellent. I would return there. What is worth noting is that the neighborhood has many homeless people, which I have seen before. They were absolutely fine with us, but on weekends they might argue that there is no toilet or shower in the room, but this is clearly stated, and you have to anticipate double occupancy for a good price. This would be sufficient but it could be slightly larger.

It's SF - if you've ever been and know downtown Tenderloin District - it's not the best location, BUT, having said that, this building is quite clean. Once you get in, it's quiet. The hallways are clean. The room was basic, what else do you need? Clean hardwood floors, bed and sink with TV. I was uneasy about the shared bathrooms, but there are two showers and two toilets on each floor - both well maintained and cleaned. I had no issues at all. The purpose of SF, is to leave and explore so I was only there for the sleep each night. I would book it again - check in was easy and the staff were really friendly. If you're looking for clean accommodation downtown and priced well - this is your place!

For the price it was a good hotel and my stay was fine. The neighborhood is pretty rough out on the street but no one ever bothered me. The location is nice for getting around downtown.

冷房、セキュリティボックスなし。隣がバーであるのと、スラムの近くということもあって、夜通しとてもうるさく、寝るのに苦労するし、歩いているホームレスの数も相当多い。マーケットストリートにホームレスがたむろしている光景は、数年前には想像できなかったので、久しぶりの人は注意が必要。 また、4泊したが、最安値で宿泊しているということで、掃除もタオルの交換も、一度もしてうれなかった。して欲しいと言うと、20ドル払えと言われた。 シャワーは非常に低温で、暖かくなるまで随分時間がかかるが、日によっては5分待っても真夏の屋外のプールのシャワー程度の温度にしかならなかった。 サンフランシスコに数年に一回、もう20年以上来ているが、こんな宿は初めてでした。

This hotel is the absolute worst. And the high ratings must be manufactured. It is located in the worst of the worst part of San Fran and an unbelievable amount of homeless people right outside the door of this hotel and for several blocks surrounding. This hotel would rate a 2/10 for sure if ratings were accurate. Horrible!!

It's located in a part of SF with homeless people everywhere. We didn't realize there are not bathrooms in the room...This is a hostel more than a hotel. I didn't shower because I didn't know where it was, but luckily the shared toilet is just down the hall. I was locked outside at 3am for over an hour because I couldn't get inside. I wasn't told the scan the key outside above the door to open it after 12am. The rest of the time we were told to buzz in and be let in. I tried calling to be let in and no one answered. Homeless people on drugs were screaming all night outside my window. Saving grace is that the room was clean and the man at the front desk was very nice, but I would never in a million years step foot in here again.
