The hotel room was clean and I liked how there was a kitchen and fridge in the room. I didn't use the gym but it had treadmills which is nice. The hotel felt safe because you needed your room key to enter the building. The workers were nice and helpful and it is in a good location.

I’ve never stayed at a bare bone extended stay hotel. Didn’t really understand that this is what it was. But it was clean and the general manager, Nicole, handle everything with the utmost professionalism! She was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome!! Wood springs would be very fortunate to have more managers like Nicole!

The first room didn't have Air conditioning or working remote for the TV, the receptionist put us in a great room, quiet and comfortable and easily accessible to the elevator.

While the room itself was okay, the overall experience fell short. Upon check-in, there was a weird, noticeable smell in the room that wasn't very welcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the kitchen. It features an induction stovetop, but the utensils provided were only enough for one person. To make matters worse, it was incredibly difficult to find a proper pan that was actually induction-compatible to cook a meal.

The manager was A-MAZ-ING! She worked with me because I had special requests. She was attentive to my needs and made every accommodation I requested possible. It felt good to know she was willing to go the extra mile to assist me during my visit.
