Secure parking. Very nice check in staff. They let you have a dog for $10. I like that there isn’t carpet on the floor.

It was a great experience! Staff is beyond friendly! I would stay here again and again. The rooms are clean, the fitness room was clean. Vending machines were stocked so that was super convenient. If you’re looking for a well maintained, friendly and clean hotel. You found all 3 right here!

I’ve stayed here a few times and every time, the magnificent ladies that work the front desk are always wonderful. Quick to smile and always kind. Every room I’ve stayed in has been clean and more than comfortable enough.

Very clean. Super nicer to have the kitchenette although there are no supplies which is fine. There is a Meijer right across the parking lot which is convenient. Staff is very nice. Would stay here again.

Just to note if you arrive after normal business hours, you have to call from the lobby phone to have someone come check you in. but the person that came was very fast. This facility was very very clean. There was a lot of snow and rain when we were there and they kept up with mopping floors to prevent people slipping. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. We stayed over New Year’s Eve. The rooms are very clean and had all of the things you may need to cook in the room if you prefer. The beds were comfortable (but not the best) if you have back pain issues. I really wish hotels would invest more in nicer mattresses. I did not reduce the star rating because there are very very few hotels who have really comfortable mattresses unfortunately. Although I did not use the facilities, they have a laundry room and fitness center. It is very convenient because they have a Meijer literally right next-door and a Biggby coffee as well as other restaurants. Very close to 12 Oaks Mall and the freeway also. Definitely plenty of things to do in the area.

This room was perfect for my lil getaway for New Years. The staff was attentive and handled all of my concerns promptly. It was quiet, I was not disturbed. I would 100% stay here again.
