Highly recommend & will come back for next Cubs game we go to. Very easy to access in and out, and within close distance to ballpark. Clean rooms.

This property is within view of Wrigley Field. For the price, in the middle of the summer it was reasonably priced. Property is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of fun, local places to eat. The Addison Red Line stop is a 5 minute walk from the location. Two key observations to share. First, you will not talk to an actual person when you visit. All communications are handled through text message. If that is your jam then this is the place for you. Second, if you stay in a single room, the bathroom is shared. We ran into no problems with this arrangement. Just leave some extra time in your morning.

Everything was okay but in the pictures of the listing it was a regular condo and then we get there we end up in a basement. It was fine and nice but a little more obvious when renting a basement for 1700 would be nice

Excellent location (lots of walkable stuff), updated nice accommodations, and a great price. I would stay here again. However, beware of two things. 1) You might be sharing the place with strangers. I stayed for two nights for business, and the first night, the people staying in another room were quiet and kept to themselves (as did I). The second night, a more rowdy group moved in, and I finally had to ask them to tone it down around 11 p.m. (I think they were shocked that I was there). 2) The deposit policy is not great; it’s a little clunky, and I finally had to request my deposit refund almost two weeks after I checked out. Communication was good.

Booking this property was easy enough. However, once we received the check in instructions, we were asked to pay an additional deposit to “Chicago Daily Rentals” under the email address of duboischicago@gmail.com. When I looked up this address, there were comments about fraud. As we were driving down from Canada to support our daughter in the Chicago Marathon, hotels were booked solid or being offered at outrages nightly fees. We sent the money and photo ID and hoped for the best. We received an email confirming the PayPal amount had gone through and instructions on how to enter the property as it was a self-check in. When we got to our room where the key was in the door as indicated, the bed had not been changed and there were wet towels on the floor. We were extremely disappointed and frustrated. After driving 10 hours we wanted to shower and catch a nap before dinner. We called and had a challenging conversation with the man who answered. We had to go out right away so we left our belongings and hoped for the best. When we returned later that evening, the sheets had been changed and clean towels were available. The property itself is very clean and nicely appointed while the shared bathroom is modern and bright. It was a disappointing process and while they sent us the standard note of apology, it doesn’t change the fact that we could not use what we were paying for upon check in. We felt we wasted our money on the first day.

They require a large cash or Venmo deposit which is shady. Took them 2 weeks to send it back minus 15$ to which I got no response to why. Communication sucks and they gave me the wrong room. No apology no adjustment. Nothing.

DO NOT BOK HERE!!!! This booking is a complete scam. Once you have booked the non refundable room they tell you a $300 cash wire transfer is to be made for a security deposit with your state issued ID. I called because this is nowhere stated and was immediately hung up on. Expedia “customer service” made several attempts to contact the property to which there was never an answer. I was stuck with zero and I mean zero help from Expedia. There is a similar review that was made recently as well. I was stuck in Chicago with Wrigley sold out with concert goers, out money and had to pay for a second hotel room which was a miracle to find, as well as out of state. Expedia helped with none of it and simply said it’s a non refundable property so if the property declined a refund so be it. Of course we were not refunded but at least I am not a victim of identity theft. Expedias policy states not to pay anything except through Expedia but they helped the property keep the money and fhis property is still listed as an option.

This property requires a non-refundable deposit and then asks for an additional cash deposit via bank transfer, along with a copy of identification. They state that this deposit will be refunded within 5–7 days after departure, provided before access to the property is granted. This arrangement raises concerns about legitimacy. It is advisable to avoid booking this location.
