We arrived to find very easy parking. Check-In was easy, mostly online. Got up to the room and the cable would not turn on. Let the front desk know and they had maintenance there within 5 minutes. Very quiet close to restaurants. Very clean, water pressure was excellent. Lots of towels and wash rags, sheets looked almost new. Very reasonably priced. Check out was extremely easy. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient location if you are visiting Yellowstone. It’s really near the West Entrance and is surrounded by great shops.

The stay here was wonderful. The room was affordable and very close to the heart of town. The staff was very pleasant. The ice machine was down but the staff told us to bring us the ice bucket and they would gladly fill it up. The room was clean. The shower pressure was good. We had a room on the lower level and were able to pull right up to our room. We had a fridge and microwave was well. Only downfall was there was no night stand by the beds and limited outlets… other then that I highly recommend staying here!

Our room was comfy and fairly quiet even so close to the road. The room has been renovated and the beds were comfy. The property could use a little daily clean up detail, same paper scraps in the entry for a few days. Front porch has cute swinging chairs.

Everything was great, the place was clean and the staff was polite. Our only complaint was that the ice machine wasn't working.

Positives - located close to stores, shops, mall, restaurants, gas station, and most of all west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Check in clerk very pleasant. Negatives: no cable TV as advertised , dried up lotion on vanity, toilet seat too old,

Staff was friendly and professional. Room, including bathroom, was clean with everything in working order. Room was quiet even though motel was full. Only issue was parking. There is not enough parking for late arrivals. I had to drive around twice before I figured out a safe place to park for the night.
