In May, I stayed here for one night. The ac in my room was a little broken, but they fixed it after a while. Everything else was fine. The bathroom and room were both spotless and spacious enough. A refrigerator in the room is a plus. The staff was courteous and the bed was cozy. The hotels money exchange office and the espresso in the bar are additional features. The city's main attractions are not far from the hotel.

I really don't think a regional hotel is a four-star one. In the end, it's a 3-star hotel with dirty and inept rooms and pillows. Breakfast only has good flavour. And the hotel building is impressive and huge.

A problem with my room 305 was the AC. The fan and compressor motor worked fine, but the heat was insufficient, most likely due to a lack of fridge in the system. Like most hotels in Uzbekistan, we had to surrender our passports, which I don't like. Breakfast is fine, there are some lovely restaurants on the back street near us. The pool is occupied but not often used.

I stayed with a friend for 15 days. I get very good service, the food system is very good and the food is very good. If I go to Uzbekistan again, I will stay in the same hotel.
