They have good service and care about customer. I booked the wrong dates and were not supposed to get the refund via hotel.com. They are so kind to let me change it and refund the original payment for me. The staff are helpful and the location is great. Great value for money. Thanks a lot! Jo

Close location to Registan square, easy to get around. The staffs are helpful as well, and it is good to stay by. The breakfast is traditional Uzbek, so may not be familiar for most

This is a lovely hotel tucked away on a quiet street but just steps away from ragistan square. It was very clean and comfortable and run by a kind family. I stayed for one week and really appreciated the location, the quiet and the quality for my budget. Its perfect for solo travel and also for a base camp near everything

This property’s location was ideal, just 10 minute walk from Regastan Square. The breakfast was solid, but scrambled eggs would have been nice. Still, the free breakfast was a nice touch. Finally, the guys at the front desk were very helpful.

スーツケースの鍵が壊れてしまい、フロントスタッフに相談。鍵を壊すためにドライバーを借りる必要があった。無事ドライバーを使って開けることができたが、ロックされたままの鍵のため、スーツケースを閉じるために毎回ドライバーが必要であることからドライバーを売ってる場所を教えてもらおうとしたところ、ドライバーをプレゼントしてくれた。買取ると何回言っても、お金はいらないと言ってくれた。とても優しいスタッフでした。他のスタッフもみんな優しかったです。

It is located in a quiet location and walkable to Registan Square. Breakfast is good enough for us. There are some smalls things that make the hotel room not as up to date, e.g., peeled paint from night stand, the rim of the bathtub was loose, etc..

The room was quite compact. While it met basic cleanliness standards, we noticed some dust accumulated in the corners. The air conditioning was not very effective, but after requesting to increase the hot water heater, the room became warm. However, due to its nature, it took some time for the room to heat up. The bathroom light was flickering on and off, and there was no bath mat provided, which could be improved. Breakfast was delicious and offered in sufficient quantity. There was also a water dispenser in the breakfast area, available 24 hours a day, which was very convenient. There is a great bakery nearby, so we highly recommend visiting it during your stay.

침대가 3개인 방에 머물렀는데 여행 30년만에 침대 하나 침구가 불결한곳. 다른 사람이 자고 일어난 침대는 처음이었다 결국 덮는 이불 위에서 타월을 덮고 2일을 자고난후 감기에 걸렸다 전체적인 위생상태가 좋지 않았다
