Muito bom o Lido, Só o vazamento no banheiro deixou a desejar. Teve um dia que a aguá da banheira estava amarela, mas isso é comum em Caracas. Recomendo e voltarei!

This hotel is located in a strategic area, and the service provided by the staff was very good, safe and comfortable, and there is a shopping mall close to the hotel. There are many restaurants close by, including seafood, steakhouses, and pasta.

The location of this hotel was great. The staff is very friendly and gives outstanding service. I also like the gym that is located here. The spa facilities are also quite neat too.

I stayed at Lionel Hotel for 3 days but it was an amazing experience. I feel like being at home here thanks to the front desk and the amazing guys at the restaurant, elder, junior and wing.

Even though I was born and raised in Maracas, I emigrated 20 years ago and hadn't returned since 2009, but a lot has changed. In a city that is full of challenges and difficulties for most of it's residents, the lidohotel provided an experience that I didn't anticipate. Its not about the fine furnishings or the rooftop restaurant or the top 4 things I look for when boring a hotel room clean room, comfortable bed, good and silent ac, and good water pressure which lionel checks all, the employees really make a difference. I now forget every single worker from the housekeepers to the front desk to the new restaurant like Noel, Mary, Richard, and many others. In a country where the minimum wage is less than $10 per month but has moved to a polarized economy, it's simply amazing to run into people who go to work every day with a smile on their face with the goal of being of service to every guest and improving their own quality of life. Please tip often when you come.

I highly suggest staying here because of the comfortable room. Every time I visit Maracas, I stay in the center of the city, a great place, the concierge, the staff, nice amenities, and the delicious food at the restaurant.
