The hotel is a great place to stay if you are looking for secluded and centrally located accommodation. The staff were very helpful, arranging for airport transfers and guiding me on countless tours, all of which were reasonably priced. Although the hotel and its amenities may use some updating, for the price you pay, it offers excellent value. I would stay again.

The staff was excellent and provided us with a good stay for the entire two nights. She showed us the checkin process, the room, and suggested dinner around the area. They also went above and beyond to pack us breakfast for our early trip to sapa. The facilities and room turnover were thorough and we had sanitized. There is also tavern bar at reasonable prices.

This hotel was fantastic for us because it was close to many restaurants, cafes, and attractions in the old quarter of hanoi. We used it as a base for our trips, which we repeated four times. The personnel were always helpful and kind. Each time we visited, we tried varying rooms and were occasionally upgraded along the way. It was incredibly beneficial to be able to store our bags between stays and late checkout. Our only disappointment was the roof bar, its misleading happy hour information.

Our three days at the acoustic hotel left us feeling quite content. Service on the caliber of reserving fivestar hotels. The staff is diligent in providing their guests with the greatest possible experience. We learned about i had spotted if there was he minor issue with our bathroom after the first morning, and it was resolved within hours. They were really proactive, they assisted us in making reservations for the puppet show and provided us with countless information on top places to visit. Breakfast options and quality were excellent, the room and bed were cozy. A few of their cocktails were also excellent. It was too cold to enjoy the lovely rooftop, but it wasnt too cool to use it. Most attractions in hanoi are conveniently located 900 meters away, so we will most certainly return. See you next time!.

When we return to hanoi the following time, we will most definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff provided excellent service. We had a positive impression of vietnam thanks to the receptionist, who was incredibly sincere.

The staff took care of our needs, from arrival, booking trips, calling us cabs or airport transfers until checkout. It was one of the best hotel staff i have ever seen in my travels. Thank you everyone for taking care! I had a great time in hanoi staying at the qt avian hotel. The hotel personnel were excellent. Also, the room and breakfast were both very nice! When we return here, this is undoubtedly the place where we will stay!.

The location was good and i would recommend the hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers in tavern rooms. It was perfect, great service, breakfast and very clean. The room wasnt big but modern and clean too.

We would suggest it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway! My partner and i had formerly enjoyed savoring countless nights at the Acoustic hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to receive courtesy room upgrades to their largest suite upon arrival, which we believe was due to the bouquet of roses we were carrying - remembrance of our proposal. The suite was roomy and comfortable, providing us with everything we needed for an enjoyable evening. A nice touch was the simple afternoon tea that included some traditional snacks and nuts, and the complimentary breakfast was also provided. At the hotels spa, we also indulged in an Asianstyle massage, both enjoyable and reasonably priced. Overall, our stay at this hotel was pleasant, as we appreciated the thoughtful details that contributed to our experience.

Overall, a very highly recommended and reasonably priced hotel! Situated in incredibly convenient location, close to several wellknown dining establishments and just ten minutes walk from hoan kiem lake and all the activity there. The service provided is firstrate! The staff members are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. They are always willing to welcome you and inquire about any needs you may have, whether its tours or simply recommendations for nearby restaurants or attractions. Their professionalism leaves me feeling quite pleased. Comfortable accommodations are available. Deluxe rooms are the ideal size for recouping. Although the family room is somewhat cramped, this is mostly due to the two queen beds. If breakfast is included with your room, then i would also suggest it. Surprisingly delicious desserts were served, including red bean, yogurt with fruits, and egg custard with fruit. Both the fresh spring roll and vietnamese salad were excellent. Also, check out the rooftop bar. There is even onsite jacuzzi if you prefer it, as well as surprisingly nice views.

The hotel is conveniently located near numerous attractions, making it a popular choice for guests. Its cleanliness was consistently maintained throughout the stay, and the breakfast provided was of appropriate quality.

I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience in hanoi. My stay at the beautiful old quarter of hanes acoustic hotel and spa was the most delightful i have ever had. From the moment ive stepped inside, he was greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. The hotels breakfast menu was simply amazing, offering countless delicious options to start the day. While sipping on refreshing drinks in the sky bar, there were breathtaking views. I felt rejuvenated after the topnotch spa services. Additionally, the hotels prime location made exploring the old district easy. Ms. Kim deserves special recognition because of her kind nature and helpful service, which made me feel right at home.

The hotel is very clean even though it is fairly small and has only six rooms on each floor. Every day, the rooms are cleaned, and if we need ice or tissues, they are delivered within a minute. Another highlight is the restaurant. We can simply place our orders at our seats instead of waiting in line to order beef noodles and an omelet. The cuisine is excellent. During our fourday stay with amiable family, their friendly staff recognized us and welcomed us warmly. English is spoken by the front desk personnel as well. They assist us in calling grab taxis, opening doors, providing umbrellas and setting up doors. Even though the hotel was so small, its service is truly five stars. On the second day of my reservation through application, i received ms. Annie, sales representative, via WhatsApp on the following day. She provided me with information on various services and local tours. I also asked her for restaurant recommendations, which she promptly responded and even assisted me in making reserving. Im really grateful for her assistance. There is only one treadmill in the gym room, so it takes around five minutes for the hot water to come on in one of the two rooms we reserved. We had the best experience at the Acoustic hotel and spa! The location in the old quarter is very central and close to everything. But what really blew us away was how helpful the staff was. Absolutely 10/10 for the employees. We were transitioning through hanoi a few days before our booked dates with them and they welcomed us even though we werent clients yet. I dropped off my bags and was able to shower! There was problem with our bus pick up and it was helped by calling the bus company and booking us cab. Very dedicated to the satisfaction of their clients! If we return to hai, we will definitely stay here again!.

I highly recommend it to anyone staying in hanoi. We spent one night at the acoustic hotel. Our room had sweeping street views. The ambiance was so peaceful and comfortable. It was perfect for exploring the old quarter and french quarter. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with i also got tastier rooftop terrace and spa facilities. What made our stay truly exceptional was the attentive and kind staff. They took excellent care of us and were very friendly.

A lovely hotel located in the old quarter with easy access to the west lake region. We had such a great experience. Everything was as expected except for their service - it was amazing! So much so that they sent my luggage which i left behind in cabs to airport. The rooms are tastefully decorated, very comfortable beds and excellent housekeeping.

The hotel is fantastic. Its in a great location. The staff is amazing and keepers. To communicate effectively, you only need to use application translate, which is typical in vietnam. We are pure vegetarians and dont even eat eggs, fish, or fish oil, so we asked them for something vegetarian. And they immediately arranged for fresh food in breakfast bearing in mind our dietary concerns. Highly recommended if traveling with children.
