Lokasi hotel ini sangat bagus. Tidak ada gaya lain selain kolam renang tanpa batas. Semuanya bersih. Kamar mandinya sangat besar dan bersih. Dan sarapannya sangat berlimpah. Kami adalah 4 orang teman dan semuanya sangat baik! Tidak ada keluhan. Yang terbaik adalah lokasinya hanya 1 menit dari jalan kereta.

When you discover here, there is no need to search for another hotel. The welcoming personnel, excellent masseurs, cozy mattresses, and delectable cuisine that aira is prepared to provide you without a doubt are all good qualities. This felt like our second home because it was close to everything and the service that went above and beyond. Definitely the best people gathered under one roof! Strongly advised. Simona and steve.

The location was a short walk from everything we wanted to see in hanoi, and the rooms were ideal for our family of four. The hotel staff assisted us in booking activities before we arrived and even helped us with one of our visas which kept getting rejected. When we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly staff and a warm greeting. The spa massages were fantastic, and the restaurant provided our homesick kids with western comforts, which were very necessary. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to hanoi, especially those with children.

Hotel butik kecil yang lucu ini terletak sangat sentral di Hanoi. Ada banyak tempat wisata dalam jarak berjalan kaki, tetapi Anda harus selalu berjalan kaki selama 20- 30 menit. Kamar dilengkapi dengan cara modern dan penuh kenangan. Semuanya bagus dan bersih dan dibersihkan setiap hari. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu, kami ingin berterima kasih kepada Christine dari resepsi. Kami sudah termasuk sarapan dalam reservasi kami dan selalu bisa menyiapkan telur dadar segar, pancake, dan hidangan lainnya untuk kami. Staf dapur menjawab semua keinginan para tamu dan juga bertanya apakah mereka dapat menyiapkan hal lain untuk membuat semua orang bahagia. Sekali lagi terima kasih kepada staf layanan dan Nora. Secara keseluruhan, kami tidak perlu mengeluh dan dapat merekomendasikan hotel ini tanpa masalah. Kami ingin kembali.

We ate at essence restaurant on the first day because we arrived quite late and the food and waiters were great. Daisy was very helpful and kind, and hotel guests receive a 10% discount on their food. The sky bar is great at night for a nightcap with a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views of the city. The location is perfect, a short walk to train street and all the main attractions. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again when visiting hanoi.

The hotel is in a great location to the old quarter of hanoi and the rooms are great. The restaurant and rooftop bar are also great. This is such a great place to stay and all the staff are very friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here if you are coming to hanoi.

Hotel yang bagus! Lokasinya sangat bagus (sangat dekat dengan pusat dan toko), sambutan yang sangat hangat dan penuh perhatian. Sarapan luar biasa (prasmanan manis, gurih, buah, dan a la carte, banyak pilihan). Kamar yang sangat nyaman. Bar atap dengan pemandangan indah dan minuman yang enak!

The location is excellent, and the staff is always attentive. The service provided is friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar boasts breathtaking views, as well as a modest but functional pool and gym. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting hanoi.

The location is perfect, just a minutes walk to the famous train street and much more. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Christine at the reception went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. She organized all the food tours and cruises and even negotiated good prices for us. Tam nguyen a food tour guide was very kind and had very good knowledge about local food. Highly recommended.

The hotel is excellent, and the hotel restaurant is in close proximity to historical sites. We had supper there, and it was delicious vietnamese food. The employees at the restaurants reception were outstanding. During my stay, it happened to be my birthday, and the doormen and the manager in the lobby wished me a happy birthday. I then went to the restaurant for breakfast, and the employees there also wished me a happy birthday, and they arrived with a birthday cake and a song! A pleasant surprise. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Hotel yang sangat bagus dan terawat dengan tempat tidur yang bagus dan interior yang sederhana. Sayangnya, bar hanya dapat digunakan secara terbatas saat hujan. Kami tidak menggunakan gym dan kolam renang selama 5 hari, tetapi itu sudah cukup. Tidak ada yang istimewa kecuali di sana. Kami pasti akan kembali.

Kami tiba menit terakhir karena hotel yang kami pesan adalah kekecewaan besar. Ketika kami tiba, Tony membantu kami. Dia melihat reservasi yang baru saja kami buat melalui pemesanan dan kami merasa dilayani dengan sangat baik. Kamarnya nyaman, kamar khas hotel. Kamar mandinya bagus dan sangat bersih. Setiap hari mereka menaruh dua botol air dan dua bir gratis di lemari es di kamar Anda. Perawatannya benar. Kami senang karena mereka tidak selalu mendekati kami (di Vietnam mereka sangat keras), tetapi mereka menanyakan kabar Anda atau apakah Anda membutuhkan sesuatu dan jika Anda meminta informasi, mereka memperlakukan Anda dengan sangat baik. Wanita yang ada di sana juga sangat baik (di salah satu foto). Kami memesan tamasya dengan mereka dan itu berjalan dengan sangat baik. Restorannya bagus dan tidak sebagus yang Anda harapkan. Kolamnya aneh karena berada di salah satu lantai, tapi berfungsi dengan baik. Ini juga memiliki gym kecil. Saya akan kembali tanpa ragu.

Pelayanan di Nora Not sangat bagus dan makanannya sangat memuaskan. Komposisi makanannya sangat bagus. Menunya enak, dari makanan pembuka hingga hidangan penutup. Selain itu, kualitas kamarnya bagus, tetapi agak lembab dan sedikit berbau. Saya berharap ini adalah lingkungan yang lebih nyaman. Selain itu, semuanya sempurna.

However, it is important to note that if you are seeking a room with a balcony, it is advisable to book rooms with balconies facing the main street, as the side balconies on the building are not worth the additional cost due to their small size and overlooking a backyard.
