가족 여행으로 다녀왔습니다. 위치: 올드타운 도보 거리입니다.5분 채 안 걸릴 듯 합니다. 시설: 수영장 관리가 잘 되어있고 분위기도 좋았어요. 자전거 대여도 너무 편하고 좋았습니다. 침구도 정말 편했습니다. 엘리베이터도 세 대가 운행되어 기다리지 않고 바로 이용할 수 있었습니다. 조식: 조식 매우 만족스럽습니다. 조식당도 여유있고 매일 메뉴가 조금씩 바뀌는 점도 좋았습니다. 아침마다 다른 누들이 나오는데 늘 맛있었습니다. 과일도 7-8종류가 다양하게 나옵니다. 가까운 거리에 윈마트. 하이랜드커피 등 있어서 편리했습니다. 친절: 다른 분들이 모두 언급하신 부분처럼 직원분들께서 정말 친절하셨습니다. 한국어 가능하신 힐러리 직원 분 인상깊었습니다. 체크아웃하고 호텔 떠날 때 택시 떠날 때까지 손 흔들어 주시던 모습에서 가족들이 모두 잊지 못할 호텔이라고 말했습니다. 직원분들 정말 친절하세요. 베트남이 더 좋아졌습니다. 아이 생일에 조식당에서 케이크 챙겨주시고 노래 불러 주시던 것도 잊지 못 할 듯 합니다. 감사합니다. 아이가 호이안이 꿈에 나온다고 하는데 이 호텔의 좋은 경험이 큰 몫을 한 것 같습니다. 다시 호이안에 가는 날 또 이 호텔로 가고싶습니다.

この金額でこのサービスや施設は破格。沖縄だったら絶対 7万円以上する。金額もさることながらスタッフが親切。ホイアンには安いホテルがたくさんあるけどちょっと贅沢したいなら強くおすすめします

We spent 3 memorable nights at the Allegro and enjoyed our time there immensely. Min and her team were all quite helpful. Sam checked us in and with a map in hand asked us what we were looking to do in Hoi An. She then made suggestions and showed us the locations on the map. They also booked a car to take us to Hue when we departed. The breakfast was first class with many options, Asian and Western food, to choose from. We also had a dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very good. I should note that we heard about the Allegro from a friend who had recently stayed there and he said it was a must. We agree!! Thank you, Min. We really appreciate your efforts to make our stay great.

We only had one night booked at Allegro and wished we had booked more! Due to flights, we couldnt extend our stay but have booked for our final night in Vietnam to be at Allegro. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us as though we were family. Such warm, friendly, and welcoming staff members. The hotel itself is beautiful, impeccable, with a beautiful pool area. We would recommend this hotel to anyone, from couples to families.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Allegro Hoi An. I stayed for three nights and the staff were really helpful for advising on things to do in Hoi An, providing a gluten free breakfast during my stay, and arranging transfers to my next destination (which Sophie in particular was great with). The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of Hoi An old town, and the rooms are spacious / high quality. I also had my birthday in the hotel and the staff also surprised me with a birthday cake at breakfast, which was unexpected and a nice touch. I was surprised the property wasn’t rated 5 star, and would highly recommend staying here!

We had a really nice stay at the Allegro. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the air-conditioning in our rooms worked well during a heat wave. (Note that some parts of the hallways are not air-conditioned but it didn’t affect our comfort.) The staff was amazing, especially Sophie, Hillary, and Nancy. They were some of the sweetest and most helpful people we met in Vietnam. They helped to arrange our excursions and transportation and even helped with our mobile phone connectivity issues. (We also enjoyed spending time with the hotel drivers who took us around.) Finally, when we checked out very early in the morning for the airport, the staff had breakfast boxes ready for us. There was a real warmth to the hospitality and we would come back just to visit the staff, who were like old friends to us by the time we checked out.

A lovely hotel and very helpful staff. On arrival, we were helpful advice and orientation info regarding Hoi An. Hotel was within walking distance to the main areas. Lovely breakfast and dinners. A special thank you to Min for her kindness and special attention.

Had a fabulous 7 day stay here. All the staff were friendly and helpful with a special shout out to Nancy. The restaurant food was excellent and reasonably priced. Pool was a welcome oasis. Used Grab to get around very quick, easy and cheap. Quiet location on the edge of town.
