The hotel is in a great location. But what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the welcoming staff. Miss mai and lee are incredibly kind and go above and beyond for you. From booking trips to providing local advice and greeting you when you return to the hotel with smiling Vietnamese grins. They have been excellent guides. All transfers are organized for your convenience, making everything stressfree and simple. The most wonderful tour of vietnam. Will be back as soon as possible.

The hotel was amazing. They also assisted us with the late checkin process. Ms. Mai was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and very cooperative. She also guided us on our local travels as well.

This is not a 5star hotel, so if you are looking for big rooms, i would recommend the perfect toilet shower and towels. Lee at the reception was very friendly! He was always asking how everything was and he always asked us what else we needed. He also gave us some tips on places to explore and recommended the weekend market. The location was great! In the middle of town, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. Also note that even though it is in the center of tastier area, the room was really quiet! We couldnt hear anything from the outside which was fantastic! The room met our needs perfectly. Good size, with dingy beds. Comfortable bed and pillows! Everything was nice and clean! Although the towels were reek, they were clean, but it wasnt hygienic. There was an internal fan in this toilet and it performed its job well. Only the shower was quite sensible and my partner turned respelt water from top above the glass box, going around the toilet. But mr. Len moved the bathroom utmost and fixed the issue. Overall, we had pampered here. Just be aware of additional fees when processing the payment compared to online bookings. We received 3% surcharge that was already included on the application, however, it was charged again upon the final payment to the hotel.

Would most certainly return! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, providing us with excellent recommendations. The rooms were impeccably clean and wellmaintained, adding value to the overall experience.

We booked 4 nights at this hotel at a very reasonable price for the area. The location is very central to everything and most places can be reached by foot. We had booked the 5 ha long bay cruise for 2 days and 1 night through the hotel and for everything that was included it was ok and the cruise was real! We were even able to split our booking so we could do it in the middle of our stay and we were unable to leave our heavy luggage at the hotels so you only had to take idly carry it. Ive seen some bad reviews about the room but our rooms were clean and tidy and on the price it is on par with what we have had across south east Asia. As mentioned there is some construction next door but mai offered to book us into an alternative hotel if we wanted but the noise didnt bother us too much.

I would suggest this hotel. When we arrived at 3 am, we were late, tired, and grumpy, but the staff who welcomed us was very helpful in making all the arrangements. The hotel and room were in a great location and very clean.

The room had all the basic amenities, fridge, tv, and onsuite. It was facing the street, so there was some noise level by. The staff were very friendly, especially mr. Mai. We booked all our tours through reception because of the excellent location. Food wasnt available at the time on site, but there is a cafe next door.

application has highlighted that it is newly constructed, but appears to be a takeover from an old hotel. The room is decent, although tattered. However, it remains spotless. Mai and Lee, the receptionists, are helpful.

We recently stayed at the ambassador hotel in vietnam, and we couldnt have been happier with our visit! The hotel itself was beautiful and wellmaintained, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. I want to thank ms. Mai and r. Lee for going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They were always happy to help us with any questions we had and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our experience. We cant thank them enough for their excellent service and would highly recommend the Ambassador hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Vietnam!.

We went for a family new years escape. Our manager upgraded our room so our family could stay in the same room. She also arranged for food and city tours separate from each other, as well as ninh bin day tours. Not even more expensive than doing it yourself, and much more convenient. People are friendly everywhere. I might add that the service and conversation were pleasant. If i return to hanoi, ill be back for the home away from home feeling.

We booked this room at the last minute as we moved from another property and they allowed us to check in early. The basic room was large, very comfortable bed and lots of storage space. They cleaned the room every day and stocked up on water, tea etc. Had laundry service and good recommendations for things to do in town. Most things in the old quarter are within walking distance.

I will be back! You know that most people really want a luxurious room. They want luxury, and in my opinion, luxury isnt just about aesthetics. There is free water, coffee, or tea. These items wont only be in your room, when you enter the building, you will receive greeted and asked if you want something to drink (the hot tea is fantastic). They also have id like to see local areas you can visit and musthaves on their map. The area is small but easily accessible, there is no need for cabs, everything is within walking distance. My experience at this hotel and the old quarter was exceptional. During my stay, ive developed ties with one of the front desk staff members. His manners are the words he and his coworkers use to describe him and others. I appreciate the staff at the ambassador hanoi boutique hotel for their sincere efforts.

Overall, the room service is excellent. Mai has been able to connect with us on a regular basis to check on our wellbeing. Excellent customer service. We were given snacks and bottled water when we arrived. The customer support staff gives us earplugs even though there was some construction going on the first night.

We booked this hotel to stay closer to the tourist attractions in hanoi, the ambassador hanes hotel is definitely in the center of old quarter and great for those on a budget. If you are, however, looking for secluded accommodation, try other areas as this area is very busy and chaotic. Our stay was pleasant, they were able to arrange laundry for us, but just i should mention that the rooms are outdated and the photos on the internet do not match the actual rooms. The showerhead was harshly spurted only on two holes and towels changed daily had holes or rips. Overall, giving it three stars because it is undoubtedly due for an upgrade.

This is my first time leaving the country, and the ambassador hotel made my stay much more enjoyable and felt like home, especially with their team. My new friends, ms. Mai and all the staff, really took care of us, were very accommodating and approachable, most of them were extremely friendly. The hotel itself is close to everything, including food stalls, coffee shops, beer street, night markets, boutiques and so on. Room accommodations are spacious enough and clean. If i get the chance to return to vietnam, im definitely going to book this hotel again. 10/10 experience.

Saya melihat hotel ini di berbagai platform untuk memesan hotel. Seperti yang terlihat sangat bagus di foto. Tetapi ketika saya datang, kenyataannya tidak seperti itu. Sangat kecil dan Anda masih harus menaiki tangga untuk mencapai kamar. Kami juga tidak diberitahu bahwa ada konstruksi yang masih berlangsung di sebelah hotel yang mengganggu tidur malam kami. Namun, layanan yang diberikan cukup memuaskan, dengan resepsionis yang menanggapi keluhan kami dengan baik.

This hotel is modern and spotless. The room on the 8th floor with a balcony was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend it!.
