We arrived late in the evening after a very long day of flights, just as a typhoon was bearing down on the coast, and we had no way to go out and get food, so owner Kim was amazing and cooked us a meal! Throughout our stay, Kim was always available to help us get a taxi, recommend and arrange tours and cooking classes, etc. Rooms are very spacious, bright and clean. Also included is bottled water, hair dryer, fridge, shampoo, and daily housekeeping. Washroom has shower that is open to the other fixtures, so having your own sandals is recommended so you don't slip on wet floor when you need to use the toilet or sink. There are 5 guest rooms -- 2 on main floor and 3 on upper level accessible by outdoor stairs. There are bikes available to borrow. Easy walk to local beaches. Hoi An Old Town is 7 minute drive away (not really walkable). Many options offered for breakfast, but you must make your choice the night before, so the owner can shop in the morning for fresh ingredients. A couple of things to note: Beds are quite hard, but apparently this is the norm for this part of the world. There are roosters next door who will wake you up at 5 am (maybe a little earlier than that), so bring ear plugs if you like to sleep in. We were well taken care of by Kim and her family, and we had lots of fun. We highly recommend staying here for something a little different, with a personal touch!

This was a traditional, welcoming and very homely accommodation with the best host ever! From the moment we arrived, to the day we left, we very much enjoyed our stay at An Bang Stilt House. We loved our home cooked meals, the convenience of ready-next-day laundry service, local breakfast options, being able to take free bicycles and get to the beach and market nearby. Kim even has a filtered tap water dispenser so you always have clean water to drink and refill your bottles with. It's a short taxi ride to Hoi An Old Town too. Super lovely host and family that really took care of us during our time with them in Hoi An. Thank you Kim!

We almost canceled because of the coming typhoon. Luckily we didn't. The property owner, Kim, was very helpful in providing information to help us decide, then arranged airport pickup, sim cards and made us a tasty dinner the evening of arrival. We stayed for a week and kim arranged everything grab rides to and from the old town, cooking classes, overnight tours to Dananghue. The weather wasn't the best in the minor, but we had a great time with kids help and her home cooked breakfasts cao lau and fresh baguettes, mother. The property is walking distance to the famous An Bang beach, many nearby restaurants and bars. Kim has about 8 bikes and ponchos you can use for free. The rooms are huge and the aircorn is quiet. The hot water heater setting may need to be changed to get a steaming hot shower. According to Kim, the building structure was moved from Hani and rebuilt. Large old wood beams and wood floors give off a warm, homey vibe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it! If we get the chance to go to Heian again, there is no doubt where to stay!.

Just before the Vietnamese new year, I had the pleasure of touring a villa in Bang Still House with my husband. And the host, kim, made the place stunning with his enormous kumquat tree. Kim is simply outstanding! She brought the house from the spa area and rebuilt it in Hoi An. The home is traditional and lovely, and it has all amenities. The breakfast is really tasty, and Kim is an excellent cook. Also, she can teach you how to cook. Although far from the hyian tourists, getting there by motorbike or taxi is only 10 minutes. And 3 minutes to the amazing Bangg beach. Ask Kim for recommendations for a Bang restaurant and order grilled clams.

Overall, this is the best vacation we have ever had. She is a great host. Kim made us feel very at home at her place, so we extended our stay by two nights. The apartment is quite clean and the guesthouse is beautiful on stilts. Kim offered to take me to the market in the morning and even cooked me a delicious meal from the items we purchased there. She has free bikes for touring the surrounding countryside and gives advice on what to see. Thanks for everything. Sarah and her family.

The Bang stag house villa cannot be more highly praised. We were lucky enough to stay at Hoi An for the entire time and consider ourselves extremely fortunate. Kim is such a kind and helpful host, making us feel very welcome and cooking a delicious breakfast. The lightfilled room was spacious with a large bathroom and comfy bed, all you could possibly need. Its only a short stroll from the lovely peaceful beach, but we wish we had discovered it sooner in our time there. It took 20 minutes of biking to get to the town, which helped to keep the pace and give you a better idea of the area. This visit was a highlight of our Vietnam trip and we cant wait to meet Kim and her family again.

It is nice. What you can see in the pictures is exactly what it is. It appealed to us from the minute we first saw it. We made reservations, and we finally got there. Very warm greetings. On the board, it reads welcome gabriel and a family. It was wonderful. With such a gesture, you immediately feel excellent and welcome. Everything about the room was great, comfortable, and pleasant. Breakfast is delicious and good. We could use bikes for free to explore or explore the coastline. Because it is not too busy, the beach area near this lodging is amazing. We loved everything about him. There was one problem I had, though. A large cockroach fell from it when we switched on the air conditioner. I understand that it is customary in Vietnam. She gave me a spray to spray the area. My problem is that I am so disgusted by them. The next evening, we discovered another. We were ready to pay, but she was fantastic. She even offered to give us a ride to another venue. All I want to say is that everything is fine, but if you're not prepared for such things, just let me know. An amenity of this kind. It's wooden, a kind of bungalow, and I understand it can occur. I was simply shocked, I said, and I couldn't feel at home there. I just had no expectation

nice design, but family suite is the less nice design. Voices from next room can be heard. Bathroom and toilet should be better designed or built.
