The rooms are very clean and spacious. The fridge is good, the bedding is comfortable, there are curtains and towels. There is a tv, drier, mirrors, showers with good water flow, strong air conditioning. Great location near the beach. We got good value for the price we paid. Very affordable without compromise on quality.

I stayed here for a few days as i wanted to spend my honeymoon. I highly recommend this cozy homestay for your trip to nice hoi an. The price is reasonable. To me, it is quite suitable and even cheap in comparison to other places. Maybe this is the new operation. So ive noticed that the facilities are all nice and new, and the room also has shabby items. Hoi An locals provide excellent service, friendly and helpful. Mrs. Hien, the owner, was very helpful in cooking. All things are very warm, like our home. Please drop by. They wont let them down again. Thank you so much white sandy sea home stay.

The rooms are comfortable and impeccably clean. The outdoor kitchen offers a cooking option, and its just ten minutes away from the tranquil beachside. And lets not forget the kind and extremely helpful young lady who runs the guest house! We are grateful for everything, hang on! Additionally, complimentary bicycles are available!.

Ideal homestay to escape the crowds. The parents dont speak english, but they are sweethearts and are always willing to help and smile. 10 minutes walk to the beach and 3 minutes on the motorcycle. They will let you park it inside the homestead if you rent one. Every morning, you can wake up and swim in the ocean, as i did. You can order your breakfast made to order, go to town, swim, and when you return, it is waiting for you in your room, where you may enjoy it in its spacious airconditioned room. I was able to leave my heavy luggage with them for free for three days, at no cost. However, ive advised tipping because this is a true home stay, they live next door and build it up based on our visits. Quiet and reeked of fresh air in compared to downtown hoi an. 15minute motorcycle ride through sweeping landscapes see photos. Better? Probably closer to shore. Although ill see dozens of places, the value is unbeatable.
