The hotel is clean, the rooms are decently clean. The staff is very friendly, kind, helpful and goes out of their way to meet the needs of the guests. We were checking out early to go to sapa and they actually packed breakfast for us as we couldnt make breakfast in the morning. When we returned from sapa the next day, they remembered us and welcomed us back, great service!.

Lokasi hotel ini berada di kota tua yang kondisinya sangat bagus. Staff nya melayani dengan sangat membantu. Kebersihan kamar nya sangat terjaga dan ukurannya juga besar. Hanya saja, terdapat jendela yang ukurannya sangat kecil dan tidak ada pemandangan dari tangga darurat. Hotel ini sering terjadi kekacauan di malam hari.

Our best stay in hanoi without a doubt! Wonderful hotel with incredibly kind and attentive staff. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Central location, spotlessly clean rooms, ultrawhite bed linens and towels, and a delicious breakfast (including a pancake and egg buffet, you can customize your own pancakes and eggs, as well as a fresh juices buffet). Many thanks for it!.

The breakfast spread was fantastic. The highlight of our stay was two servings of delectable pumpkin soup and toasted garlic bread. The service provided was exceptional. Ms. Lily kindly welcomed us. Her enthusiasm and efficiency greatly enhanced our stay.

We had a great time at this lovely boutique hotel. With early checkins and welcome drinks, they welcomed us with open arms. The hotels facade is also lovely and inviting. Although the rooms are small, they were fully furnished and undoubtedly comfortable. The majority of the places we want to visit are within walking distance of the location, which is very central. The kind staff is always willing to assist in any way. A stay that is definitely worth recommending.

I would strongly recommend staying again! This hotel served as our first stop on our honeymoon trip across Vietnam, and we cant find a single fault. Excellent cleanliness, fantastic breakfast spread, and a great location in the old quarter! The staff was very accommodating to lastminute tour cancellations due to stomach issues from street food the previous evening, and even offered us a 50% refund.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and air conditioned. We had a great time! The staffs service is excellent or exceptional. A special thank you to the receptionists lily and mary who always greeted us with the biggest smile and had good conversations with us, making sure we were well taken care of. Everyone will go out of their way to help you out. They are very welcoming and take pride in their work.

Excellent accommodations at reasonable costs. Everything is within walking distance of the city center. The staff is incredibly kind and pleasant! They prepared breakfast for us without our request because we were running late for an excursion!.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel and hope you enjoy it just as much as we do. My parents and i visited the Babylon premium hotel and spa for 4 days (travelled from australia) and to say we were impressed would be an understatement. The staff were like no other, always welcoming, very friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much to ask for. The rooms were very clean and the location was absolutely perfect. Thank you Tony, ms. Mary, ms. Lily, and mr. Nam for their impeccable service. No matter where you come from, they treat you with the highest respect.

The hotel is in a great location and their hospitality is out of this world. The staff is very friendly and provides lots of valuable information about the area from key restaurants and nearby attractions. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a full spread. We enjoyed their spa and wellness centre located downstairs. Thank you, mary and the rest of the wonderful crew.

Hotel yang sangat bagus di kawasan tua Hanoi. Yang harus ditonjolkan adalah sarapan yang sangat enak dengan banyak buah segar dan lokasi sentral. Kamarnya juga bagus, tapi seringkali tidak memiliki jendela atau hanya jendela yang menghadap ke pintu darurat atau halaman kecil.

This is by far the best hotel in hanoi old town! The staff, especially miss chu, are very welcoming and have a friendly smile all around. The rooms are amazing and have great facilities! Breakfast is also great with options for ordering eggs, pancakes and rice dishes. My favorite was the big mugs you get for your coffee! We had a late flight and were able to check out for 12 hours leaving our bags there while exploring the city. Once we were back we were able to shower before our long haul flight! 5 and more if i could give them!.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is good, the service is good and the staff can communicate in english. Breakfast is also good with a variety. The room is clean. The reception is very attentive. Will definitely come back if we return to hanoi on our next trip.
