We can for sure give Banyan Tree Lang Co our very best recommendations. Service: Excellent service from all the staff. Location: Perfectly peaceful in a small bay. Pros: Delicious breakfast and selection of food. Cons: Deck around the main pool is worn out, and need renovation, Consider to replace the paper drinking straw to metal or glass (It is really ignoring to have a delicious cocktail and after 5 minutes the paper straw is dissolved)

We stayed for 2 weeks and did not want to leave. The villa was beautiful, and the staff and service was the next level! We've never had such service at a hotel! Our host and hostess Tuan and Bich were amazing making sure we had everything we needed, even arranging foot baths for us when we returned to our villa after a long day sight seeing. If you want a hotel to totally unwind, away from shops etc then this is the place to go! Extra thank you to all the staff in the restuarants and the pool guys who looked after us every day as we relaxed. Also if you get the chance do try the spa as the deep tissue massage was the best I've had.

Banyan Tree Lang Co is a small piece of Heaven, the Villas are clean, comfortable and all have beautiful views. We were treated so well by all the staff and it felt like we were saying Goodbye to family at the end of our stay. We are so in Love with this area and resort that we are planning another trip here in the near future.

Everything about this place is amazing from the fresh flowers and fruit in the room to the bikes that guest can use to roam around property. Our villa was beautiful and steps away from the beach. The daily breakfast was standout with so many options AND a mimosa station. The staff were by far the friendliest out of all the places we stayed in the past. We were too jet lagged to go out for dinner so we ordered room service…they sent a delicious cake for my spouses bday WITH CANDLES. We will definitely be back with friends.

I stayed at pool villa. It has a nice Jakuji so we can swimming a bit even though cold and windy weather. Their cleaning service is great. even though i didn't ask to make our room up, they keep managing our room with cleanness. unlimited tea, coffee, cookies and water supplements. and turn down service is also great. They also provide extra blanket and heater based on my requests. The staffs are all amazing. Very well service minded and ready for helping me. Main reason to stay is hotel is playing a golf. Caddy is lind and very helpful. i am satisfied of the most of service in Banyan Tree.

Tuyen, thank you for handling all our needs ( hope we were not too demanding), Huyen for daily suggesting new and very delicious Vietnamese breakfast dishes and ensuring they were diet compliant, Hung for the hand wash and tea ceremonies, Oanh for organising the many surprises on my birthday, My and y Duong for your exceptional welcome and always smiling days. Thank you Phuoc, our buggy driver for taking us at night to angsana and Saffron. We will also remember the housekeeping team handling our villa and surprising us every day with small gifts, cool set ups, relaxing flowery bath and the aromatherapy foot wash. Last but not least, thank you for the trips to Hue and Hoi An, with an exceptionally nice, safe, knowledgeable driver, Canh. Overall, the trip was very enjoyable. Villa was very comfortable and well appointed. The hot jacuzzi was fun to use while raining and windy outside. Food wise, we never ate that much at breakfast. Dinners at Water Cress and Saffron were top! Both restaurants have great chefs and staff!

The dinner at the Water Court was particularly memorable - Vietnamese Cuisine at its best - I was really pleased to have this opportunity to sample fine Vietnamese food (not just international menu). Breakfast and room service were also delicious. The attention to detail in the level of service is also excellent - discreet but present, personal and personable. Highly recommend for a special treat!
