Good location - 5 mins walk from the waterfront bars and main touristy bits. Hotel is a little dated but spotlessly clean. Pool and pool bar Best thing was the service levels - staff couldn't do enough for you.

Spent 2 weeks at this amazing hotel. Had premier deluxe river view room and the morning view was stunning. The grounds overlooking the river are amazing to just sit and watch the boats go by. Staff are so friendly and helpful and everywhere was immaculate. Good selection of breakfast buffet. Once a week a bbq dinner was held by the river with an amazing spread of food. Only 5-10 mins walk to the stunning old town so a perfect location. Staff are very quick to respond to any issues that arise. We left the hotel with the staff standing outside waving us off. Thank you so much Bel Marina. We leave feeling relaxed ( especially from the fab spa as well ). Highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Hired a motorbike and travelled hai van pass. Recommend the nearby rice field cafes called Chilax and le locast. Do not leave without seeing the nearby Hoi a memories show !Simon & Mandy

This is the best hotel in Hoi An. Have stayed here twice before and it keeps getting better. The bedrooms are magnificent with two outstanding pools with the roof pool being our favourite. Minutes away from town with all its great leather shops, bars and restaurants. Great selection for breakfast and wonderful staff to help you. The concierge’s at the front are so helpful, please tip generously as they will take great care of you while you stay. Check in and out was seamless. Amazing staff. Will definitely be back next year.

A Mixed Stay with Truly Exceptional Service Let me share my full and honest experience at this hotel! First Impressions & Room Comfort Upon arrival, we received a very warm and welcoming reception; the staff here is absolutely wonderful. However, things took a turn when we entered our room. We were quite disappointed to find that the slippers provided had already been used. We called the front desk, and they were very apologetic. They completely understood the hygiene concern, especially regarding the risk of foot infections from previous guests. Because of this initial mishap, we started our stay rating the hotel a 3 out of 5 at best. To add to that, we booked a "city view" room, but our view was actually of the building's generators 😉. Furthermore, the room above us was incredibly noisy, which was quite frustrating. The Highlight: World-Class Service That being said, the hotel staff and the service team were extraordinary. I would give them a perfect score—and even higher if I could! In my experience staying at luxury hotels around the world for €2,000 a night, I have honestly never encountered a team this dedicated. They are attentive, caring, and deeply invested in helping their guests. Moreover, they accept constructive feedback graciously and know exactly how to rectify any issues. 素敵なホテルでした。何よりスタッフの方々が親切でした。沢山助けてもらえました。お部屋も素敵で、ブルーの色合いがとても良かったです。プールもスカイプールとガーデンプールがあり、どちらも景色よく楽しめました⭐︎ ホテルの目の前には小さなカフェもあるし（親切な店主さん達！）薬局もあります。またホイアンへ行く時は必ずベルマリナホテルに泊まりたいと思いました！

We wanted a nice relaxing resort style end to our Vietnam holiday & Bel Marina exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious & clean, black out curtains and sound proofed. Breakfast unreal. The swim up pool bar was fun & the staff super attentive and helpful. Location wise is unreal, close enough to walk to Old Town & far enough away to not hear the noise. Would 10/10 recommend and will hopefully come back again, loved our stay

We had a great stay! Kim, the manager, was incredibly helpful with planning a day trip for us, as well as airport transfer. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Hoi An!

Second time staying at Bel Marina. The staff are still fantastic and the rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Great location to cafes and bars. It is showing its age and may need some maintenance which won't stop you for having fun.

Check in was easy and efficient. Hotel has a shuttle service from Dene airport for approximately 380,000 dong. Our room was very spacious. Humanities were good with a fridge and kettle in the room. The mattresses were quite firm but comfortable. Breakfast head a wide selection to suit all tastes. The pools are very nice and quite warm. Swim up bar was staffed regularly and had an excellent selection of cocktails. It's an easy walk into Hoi An Central from the hotel or shuttle and taxi services are extremely easy to arrange. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous resort, great staff, 3 pools, 2 restaurants, great day spa. Gym air con good, very small though. Nothing to fault would come back in a heart beat. Great location a little away from hustle and bustle, like 3 min walk.

The resort is located very close to the bustling downtown area, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The entire property was very clean, and I was particularly impressed by the staff—they were all extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. The only minor issue was that the plumbing was a bit weak (water pressure/drainage), but everything else was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who prioritizes a great location and high-quality service.
