The family running Bill Ben Homestay are wonderful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was quite nice. The location is very good - you can visit the Old Town and the night market, but you are not right in the middle of the noise. We would definitely sray here again.

室内は玄関から靴を脱いで建物内に入るので清潔でした。部屋にはエアコンの他、扇風機もあり快適に過ごす事が出来ました。バルコニーにはテーブル、椅子が二脚あり広々としてのんびりとした街の眺めも良かったです。フレンドリーなオーナー夫婦に可愛い子どもたち、旅先でも家庭的な雰囲気も感じられて居心地が良かったです。

Our 2 night stay at Bill Ben Homestay was excellent. The owners are lovely people and very helpful. The place is very close to old quarter and has a simple very nice breakfast using fresh bread and foods. We will visit again.

Big room, nice balcony and bed. Air conditioner and fan provided. Very kind family. Very short walk into town and right beside night market. Some ants but very common in stays in Vietnam.

今回宿泊したのは四階・最上階のデラックスルームでしたすっきりまとまった清潔な部屋で、椅子に座ってくつろげるバルコニー付きでした。4月に入って暑くなりだしたホイアンでしたが風抜けがよく日中の暑い時間帯でも窓を開ければエアコンを使わずくつろげました。そして、涼しくなったらすぐにホイアンの街に繰り出せる立地でしたので思う存分ホイアンを楽しむことができました。ホームステイと言っているだけに経営は家族で力を合わせてしている感じで、時間帯により近所の子供が遊びにきていたりお客がきていたり、アットホームでまるで親戚の家に遊びに来ているような気分で滞在を楽しめました。近所には美味しいレストランや夜遅くまでお菓子や飲食料が買える小さなお店もあり治安もよい立地でした。次回もまた利用したいと思います。

This is such a hidden Gem. Far enough to stay away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to go anywhere. Very walkable. I would stay here again.

The accommodation is clean and comfortable. We have stayed for 2 nights at Hoi An. The homestay is located at a very convenient location which we can access to the night market and the riverside with a 2-minute walk. Unexpectedly, we didn’t hear any noise from the busy bars and restaurants that were just one block away. The breakfast was nice and the owner was nice enough to let us eat a bit earlier so we could grab a quick bite before the local tour starts.

Ini adalah tempat yang dikelola keluarga, di suatu tempat antara asrama dan rumah keluarga, dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari pusat kota. Pemilik bisnis ramah. Anda melepas sepatu saat masuk. Ini bukan hal yang buruk. Kamarnya baru dan bersih. Saya puas.

I would definitely stay again! During my trip to hoi an, this was the most beautiful place to stay. The homestay is run by a family who is very kind, honest, and trustworthy. They let you use their bikes for free and can help you plan whatever day trip you want at a very reasonable price with no upsell tactics. The location is great, immaculately clean.

I would recommend it! Had a lovely balcony with plants overlooking the river. The lovely hosts helped us arrange whatever we wanted. Excellent location! On the island opposite old town hoi an, a minutes walk from the bridge, where the lanterns are lit every evening.
