If i could give 6 stars, ill undoubtedly give it! The hotel is stunning, and the rooms are lovely and comfortable. I didnt get to see the rooftop garden, but thats just a reason for me to return. The staff was extremely helpful, kind, sweet. Overall, im definitely staying here again. Thank you also to Gabriel and his colleague who was really wonderful this morning (whose name ive not been able to obtain, sorry!.

This hotel is among the best ive stayed in during our trip to vietnam. All the services are topnotch, the rooms are very clean and equipped, and all appliances are in excellent working order. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The staff and the woman in charge of hang vu are the highlights of this hotel, she constantly checks on her guests as if we were her own family, giving us recommendations for the greatest places to go on tours, shopping, or sightseeing in hanoi. If anyone is staying in old quater, i would strongly recommend this accommodation.

In hanoi, we have low expectations. We spent one night here and it was fine. Id say the breakfast was excellent, but unfortunately, the rooms walls are somehow very thin, making it impossible to hear everything. Even though we were on the fourth floor, every ring and conversation could be heard. The hotel is in a great location and provides friendly service.

The proprietors and employees are undoubtedly the best parts of the establishment. They are available around the clock, ensuring that you are having a good time and being extremely helpful with organizing activities during your stay in hanoi. A charming little hotel in hors dhui district. We spent ten days there, which gave us reassurances about the quality of service overall. The rooms are spotless and wellkept. Breakfast is delicious and offers countless options.

The location is very strategic, close to the main hanoi action, bars, pubs, restaurants, walking street, coffee shops, and many more. I have never seen staff like this in my years of traveling. They are always available via whatsapp or just walking downstairs. On my last day, i needed to do laundry, so he asked me at 7.30 pm and it was back by 8 am the next morning because ive got a flight to catch and they did their job and vacuum packed it for me. The breakfast had fewer vegetarian options as the kitchen staff makes utensils on demand but cant make anything without eggs. So you have to rely on standard bread, cereals and fruits. It would be great for the chef to be able to make nonegg food, but maybe they dont have many vegans. One day there was karaoke going on in the lobby as it happened to owner rahming. Just walked by to enjoy the music and the owner came and offered me billiards with me! Hang vu is the primary manager who makes this all happen. She messaged me several days before checkin with recommendations on where to go, booking day trips, airport pickup, even on Sunday.
