I would highly highly recommend booking the oasis when you are on Cat Ba island. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book excursions, transportion, and were readily available for communication on WhatsApp. Property is beautiful and in a wonderful location. You are close to all the restaurants nearby and staff will help guide you anywhere! If you decide to get a drink at Oasis bar 2, make sure to try a fun bucket!!! We were a little confused about the difference between oasis 1 and oasis 2. Oasis 1 is the restaurant and “club” (after 10 pm). It is a few minute walk from oasis 2. Oasis 2 has the rooms, bungalows, pool, and check in!

Un des très rares hôtels avec un jardin et une piscine sur Cat Ba. Des petits bungalows autour, situé sur la baie de toutes les festivités. Le réceptionniste est très agréable. À mon ami qui avait oublié sa sacoche dans un bus dont il avait arrangé le trajet, il a trouvé le portable du chauffeur et l’adresse du stationnement du bus a l’arrivée : il a retrouvé toutes ses affaires ! Merci

The bungalows are a great option for staying if your looking for value for money with basic but safe, cleanish accomodation. The pool area is lovely and staff tried to be helpful but dont come looking for luxury as this is basic accomodation but what do you expect for the price. Overall very happy with it as its better than many others i saw. Good location and good atmosphere.

This place was absolutely amazing! First of all, there is the sweetest and fluffiest dog, Lee, who we ended up spending a lot of time giving love and snuggles to. The staff were so friendly and kind, especially Tinh. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Some of the best we had in all of Vietnam; the best on Catba for sure. The location was excellent. Close to the beach which we had all to ourselves, and close to everything else in town. Rooms were clean and well kept, and the AC was nice and cold. The only negative I’d say is that the bed was way too hard. I’m all for a firm bed, but this was like sleeping on cement. Luckily we were so exhausted from all our exploring and fun, that we managed to sleep, regardless. Overall, this place was excellent and we will absolutely come back if we find ourselves in Vietnam again!

アーリーチェックインが出来ました。日本語がわかるスタッフがいたので、レンタルバイクや翌日のツアーの予約もスムーズにできました。とても親切なスタッフでした。部屋はHotels.comで使われている写真よりきれいで清潔でした。立地もよく、中心地から近いし、レストランも周囲にあるし、便利でした。

We loved our stay here. We booked Oasis because of the outstanding reviews and it did not disappoint. The staff were helpful, pleasant and had a good grasp on English which was a big help for us. Our room was spotless. I read some reviews that commented on the shower, we had no issues with it, it's a very standard design for Asia, whereas the shower and toilet are all in one room with no divider. We found the food and menu there very good. With 10% off it made it all quite reasonable. The free breakfast is outstanding! Best I've seen on my travels so far. There's bacon! :-) Pool was definitely cold but it was nice to cool off in. I would definitely stay here again and give Oasis a 100% recommendation

Great place to stay in Cat Ba. The property is well maintained with a lot of facilities (Foosball, Pool and a big screen). If you are done sightseeing seeing in Cat Ba, you can still stay in the hotel and relax for a few days as it's worth it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The menu and the food also needs special appreciation. During our stay they have introduced happy hours which is unlimited draught beers between 6-7PM and we never had to pay much for beer during our time there. Overall a pleasant stay. The only one drawback of this place is the bathroom, which is very small and there is shower curtain between the toilet.

I stayed here with my 2 friends and we booked 2 rooms. We also opted to avail of their bus service from their travel agency office in the Old Quarter to the resort. The room I booked had 2 single beds but since I was staying by myself and my 2 friends in the other room, they gave me a room with a queen bed which was more spacious. The room was clean, well-maintained, had toiletries, cable tv, and a mini bar. The shared balcony had a table and a view overlooking their pool and bar. Bed was big and sheets were fairly clean. They cleaned the room everyday. Location was good as it was on the main road and also near Cat Co 1 beach. The front desk staff were friendly and could speak English fairly well. Food at their restaurant was good and price was okay as well. Two things they could improve on: Breakfast buffet had almost the same food everyday and could get quite tiring if you are staying there for a few days. Restaurant staff were friendly but some could not speak/understand english well which resulted in misunderstandings with some of our orders. Overall, it was a great, relaxing stay and I really enjoyed it. Cheers!

Nice place to stay in cat ba. Amazing staff , especially hai, Toni and the other bar and restaurant staff. I’ve stayed in cat ba before I’m cheaper more basic places but this is good value for a couple sharing a private bungalow. Good vibe

Great service, daily room cleaning with fresh towels. Staff are friendly and will help you with anything if asked. Breakfast lasts until 9am with good variety of goods. The area is currently under development, so you will see and hear the noice from the construction site. The facility itself is okey, rooms are clean but all in all it surely needs renovation.

Très bonnes prestations, hotel conforme à ce que l'on voit, propre. Par contre, cat ba a commencé de grands travaux d'agrandissement de la baie en gagnant sur la mer, donc la plage n'existe plus, et cela crée quelques nuisances car les travaux consistent à enfoncer des plots de 20m pour stabiliser la digue / remblais... et ce journet nuit. Malheureusement ce sera partout sur toute la zone... heureusement que la chambre est plutôt pas trop mal isolée
