Hotel bintang 4 yang bagus dengan fasilitas baru. Memilih kamar menghadap ke lembah untuk melihat pemandangan yang sangat indah. Keluarga saya mengikuti kelas penghubung paronama, sangat nyaman dan pemandangannya sangat indah. Hotel disiapkan dengan sangat baik untuk saya dan 2 anak. Semuanya bisa dimakan. Namun staf kurang aktif. Suatu kali saya meminta menelepon taksi dan staf menyuruh saya menelepon sendiri.

Hari ini saya baru selesai sarapan di hotel dan belum makan apa pun, saya keracunan dan memuntahkan semuanya. Kamarnya agak gelap, kurang terang dan kurang bersih, tapi masih layak huni. Pemandangannya agak rendah dan terlihat tumpukan sampah (kontruksi) di bawah.

Overall, the Sapa Charm hotel was a fantastic choice for my trip. It wasnt the most opulent place ive ever stayed, but it had everything i needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay in sapa, with a view that will stay with me forever. They have a fantastic view. It looks out onto the mountain, but there have been several constructions disrupted. The room is ok and clean, but the view is not that good. If you want to go to the night market, the location is advantageous, as it is very close. Sapa charm is also close to the stone church. However, there is no parking here, so you have to park a little bit far and ask the hotel for the bus service to that location. The food is delicious. I love their local vegetable and roasted chicken. All are well season. They also serve seasonal fruit as dessert. However, the breakfast buffet is not varied and healthy. Most of them are fried, so it may not fit everyone who wants a healthy meal. Finding a hotel in sapa can be difficult if you want a postcard view but also want to be stuck in the hustle and bustle of the city center. Luckily, the sapa charm hotel struck the perfect balance for me. My room looked directly out over the muong hoa valley, and waking up to those misty mountains was breathtaking. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Even though my Vietnamese was limited, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of both vietnamese and western options, which boosted my confidence for exploring Sapa. The indoor pool was an unexpected bonus, a great way to relax after a day of hiking.
